Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan & now we have built beauty roots in the San Francisco Bay Area too. Our team of beauty experts has been published in 10 global bridal & beauty magazines, worked in 12 destination states and 7 countries. good outcome, bad communication
I had over 40 emails with the Pretty Committee coordinator, making sure that 1 of the 3 makeup artists would switch to hair after. I prepaid and everything was set, day of - one of the stylists showed up 30 minutes late so already stressed. Then she said she doesn't do hair and none of them did. So BIG HUGE MIXUP caused a lot of stress and anxiety on my wedding day that was unnecessary. Thankfully my other hair stylist was able to do the other two that the Pretty committee was not able to do. The makeup on everyone turned out great but horrible miscommunication. After the fact they did refund me but I wish that hadn't happened on my day.
