With Luxe Events, you're not only getting a wedding planner or coordinator; you're getting someone in your corner to make sure your vision comes true. With us, you get someone to bounce ideas off of and get trusted recommendations from. I pride myself in making a trusting relationship with the couples I work with, and I strive to learn every detail to make your dream a reality. I have a degree in interior design and use the skills and knowledge from that to gain a sense of your style. I am type A, and can think on the fly in case of mishaps. Luxe Events is an LGBTQ+ friendly vendor.

My experience in the design world made me very conscious of the way things should be placed to make them look beautiful. It also helped me understand how to hear your vision and execute it exactly. I’ve owned my business since 2021, and in those years have made decisions about the business with couples in mind! I’m always transparent about my pricing, you get unlimited contact with me from the day you book, and I’m an inclusive company who just loves love!

Description

You can be as involved or uninvolved as you’d like. We’ll work together to allocate your budget and make a plan. Then we’ll select the perfect vendors, I’ll keep your timeline on track, source the decor that fits your style, and I’ll be there on the big day to make it all happen!

If you need a little more guidance along the way, but want to tackle the majority of planning, this is the package for you! I’ll help you find the perfect vendors and get you quotes, plan and source your decor, give you a custom day- of timeline, and be on site 10 hours day of! All planning and coordination packages receive a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal management when available.

You’ve got the planning handled, you just need someone with the vision and expertise to bring it to life on the big day! We can set up as many calls as needed throughout your planning process, and you’ll get a custom timeline for us to follow day of. I’ll manage all vendors, wedding party, and guests as well as your decor day of! 8 hours day of included. All planning and coordination packages receive a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal management.

    HIRE THIS WOMAN!

    Kelsey is an amazing wedding coordinator. Whether you are hiring her for day of or to plan your entire event, she will give you 100% of her attention and care. I never realized how much I needed her help until I hired her. She fielded every anxiety-filled-bride phone call, text and email I sent, quickly, and with a great deal of professionalism and wisdom. Her response time was always really quick and extremely helpful. She thought of things I had never considered and brought them up so it didn’t become a stress point later on. She is organized behind all comprehension and is great with details. She expertly orchestrated our rehearsal, then did the same on the big day. Everything ran so smoothly. She made sure the timeline moved along as it should and was the point person for any and all vendor questions so we didn’t have to do anything except enjoy our day. She took the time in the months and days leading up to the wedding to listen to us and learn our vision so when things came up, she was able to handle them with the certainty of knowing what I/ we would have decided had we been approached, instead. Kelsey is 100% gold. She might start out as a vendor, but she will quickly become a friend. You will NOT regret hiring her to help plan/ run your big day, and you’ll wish she could be your assistant going forward.

    AMAZING!!!

    8.12.2023 could not have been a more perfect day! Big shout out to Luxe Events for going above and beyond our expectations. Kelsey, the owner was able to fit us in last minute and literally saved the day! Her creativity and quick thinking left our friends and family in awe. Comments like, “this was the most chill and fun wedding we’ve been to in a while…the vibes were just right…” and so on. We could not have done it without her. Kelsey was able to take our vision and execute it perfectly. Her professionalism was also outstanding and I loved how she checked on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we need. Honestly, if there was any issues, she was on top of it. Kelsey is amazing and I highly recommend using her services. She will go above and beyond!
