    Beautiful Photos

    We had the pleasure of working with Lillie Mae as our wedding photographer nearly two years ago, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The complimentary engagement session was such a wonderful bonus—it gave us the chance to get to know her before our wedding day while also capturing some truly beautiful photos. From the moment we started taking pictures, Lillie Mae made us feel comfortable and confident. She guided us through posing in a way that felt natural and relaxed, and even when a pose felt a little awkward in the moment, the final images always turned out stunning. Her talent and expertise really shine through in her work. Her editing style was exactly what we envisioned for our wedding photos—timeless, beautiful, and perfectly suited to our taste. On top of that, her customer service was exceptional. I had forgotten to download our gallery before the deadline, and she graciously helped me regain access so I could save all of our photos, even though she didn’t have to. Lillie Mae went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful to have these memories captured so beautifully. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer for their special day!

    100% recommend

    Anastasia did an amazing job on our wedding and engagement photos! She has a timeless editing style and we know that we will treasure these photos for years. She was able to capture the colors, unique venue details, and our personalities exceptionally well. We had a huge range of venues and lighting (from outdoors in the sun to indoors at Greenfield Village with only candlelight) and all of the photos look great. Not only that, but she was a tremendous help on the day of our wedding, especially with the paperwork, and stuck to an efficient timeline that made photos as easy as possible for all involved. We would 100% recommend Lillie Mae Photography for anyone looking for wedding photography! I've attached some of our favorite photos here, but there are quite literally hundreds of photos I could attach that are just as gorgeous.

    Picture perfect day

    From our first conversation with Lillie Mae Photography, we knew we had found the right fit. She answered our questions quickly and explained her process in a way that made us feel confident and prepared. On the actual day, she was efficient and thoughtful—capturing beautiful moments without getting in the way of us enjoying time with my husband and guests. She had a proactive approach which meant we didn't have to stress about logistics; she just handled it all. The photos came back absolutely stunning in a timely manner, and we're so grateful she helped us preserve our special day while still letting us be present for it. Lillie Mae Photography is worth every penny.

    Heartbreaking experience

    Do NOT trust Anastasia from Lillie Mae Photography! This was the worst experience 1. lost family photos and gave excuses before finally admitting she lost them, which my husband’s grandfather passed away the month after our wedding - photos with him were some that were missing. 2. Only received 1 photo for sneak peak, which was posted on Instagram 3. Did not follow anything in her contract 4. Didn’t receive gallery until almost 17 weeks (contract stated 8 weeks) 5. Album and Canvas - didn’t receive until almost 13 weeks (contract stated 6 weeks) 6. Hired her for 10 hours with a 2nd photographer - did not receive the amount of photos that she states you will get in the brochure 7. With the 2nd photographer you don’t know who it is to be able to review their work 8. Only 1/4 of the photos are useable 9. Over filter photos 10. Horrible communication skills/ lack of communication 11. Have to constantly keep checking in with her about getting items 12. Has zero compassion about losing photos (did not offer to do anything and took forever to give us the rest of the items we paid for) 13. Unprofessional, instead of taking photos she spent time in the morning just chatting with the bridesmaid and spent majority of the reception dancing instead of taking photos 14. It took almost 30 weeks (almost 7 months of being married) to finally be done (should be 14 weeks all together for gallery, album and canvas) 15. Consistently giving excuses on why she’s so delayed and/or not responding till about a week later because she has a job but yet very active on all social media platforms It’s so heartbreaking, we put our trust into someone to capture our special day. The day we have waited our whole life for and wanting those moments captured - that can’t be recreated. To look back on this in the future to remember loved ones that are no longer with us, it was not worth it and I honestly wished we went with someone else. I hope nobody else has to deal with the stress and heartbreak she has caused to us and our family.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 8-10 weeks after your wedding; however during busy season it can take up to 12 weeks. Within this time, you can also expect to receive an online gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However I do offer a Photo + Video package deal in collaboration with JC1 Studios for videography services included.
