At my core, I believe in doing things 100% or not at all. To me, that means focusing on every detail — big, small, or unusual. We ensure you feel supported and confident on your big day through a thoughtful and personalized approach. What that looks like varies for each client, and we discover it by asking the right questions and truly listening. This commitment to tailoring our services is what makes us a "luxury" provider. We offer authentic, mindful assistance that meets your needs, often before you even ask.
I'm pretty neurotic about the details and not having any surprises. We have a LOT of experience not just with wedding hair & makeup, but with photography, skin/hair care, and just managing people through a stressful time. I've been an educator for almost a decade. We've got you. ;-)

Everything was amazing!
If you are looking for hair & makeup for an event, I highly recommend Crystal and her team. Crystal was easy to work with, and the team I worked with for my wedding was amazing! Everyone was so kind and caring. The team went above and beyond to accommodate allergy/sensitivity to products for my Mom. Due to their care and attention to detail, we had a plan in place and my Mom was able to sit back, relax and enjoy getting her hair and makeup done! This truly meant the world to me! Giulia was amazing to work with, and did a phenomenal job on my hair & makeup! I was so happy to have her with me during the day for touchups and to remind me to drink through a straw, and how to manage tears without ruining my makeup. :) Angela and Sarah were amazing with the rest of my bridal party's hair and makeup. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I'm so glad I booked with Crystal Drake Artistry Collective for my wedding!!
An Amazing Experience!
There are not enough words to express just how amazing my experience with Crystal was! One of my favorite things about the experience was the trial beforehand! It was nice to go in and talk through all of my likes/dislikes when it comes to my makeup and hair. I didn't just show her a picture and say "Okay this is sort of what I want." She actually took the time to break every single detail down with me. She wasn't just "recreating" a photo that I liked and applying that to my face and hair. She was creating a look WITH me. One that made me feel so beautiful and still like myself at the same time :) She is an expert at enhancing the beauty that is already there. ALSO! I know myself and I am an incredibly anxious person who gets stressed easily. The morning of my wedding was no exception. That is, until Crystal arrived. Because we had already done the trial, I knew what to expect and that made me feel so much better. Also! She was just such a calming presence to have with me that morning. Always checking in with me to see how I was doing, making sure I had water, etc. I truly have never felt so beautiful than on the day of my wedding. I owe SO MUCH of that to Drake Artistry Collective. I will ALWAYS recommend this company!
Effortless Elegance
Crystal and her stylists were wonderful to work with! They worked well within our vision and brought levity and professionalism to the preparations and the day itself—keeping us primped, hydrated, and laughing. We had some small scheduling hiccups in the weeks heading up to the event and things were rescheduled and fit in immediately without batting an eye. Everyone's hair and make-up held beautifully throughout the evening without every feeling restrictive. The perfect choice to help our wedding feel and look effortless!
