Description

Comes with 1 certified and insured bartender. Will bring 200lbs of ice, cups, straws, napkins, and all bartending equipment such as shakers, fruit tray, etc. Will also bring 2 coolers. Will create a customized shopping list as well as a customize drink menu for your big day! Alcohol is not included. Service for 6-8 hours. Add $125 for an additional bartender if needed.

    I’m shocked by all of the 5 star reviews.

    I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I feel like this experience is important to share for other couples planning their wedding. We booked this bartender and put down a deposit for her most expensive package, which included a consultation and personalized menu, expecting a high level of service and guidance. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. She never reached out to establish a timeline for planning, discuss our signature drinks, or provide the alcohol list, even though we had clearly explained that we wanted to purchase alcohol gradually and not all of it right before the wedding. When I tried to initiate communication, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. When she did reply, she didn’t have any of our information on hand (our names, venue, guest count, or even the package we selected). When we finally managed to schedule a call to discuss signature drinks, there was no real consultation or collaboration. I explained that I’m not a big drinker and was hoping for guidance, but I was told to figure out the drinks myself and get back to her. We eventually received an alcohol list, but it was incomplete (no wine included) and was a screenshot from ChatGPT. It was not tailored to our event and was something that could have generated myself in minutes if I also plugged the information into ChatGPT. Ultimately, we experienced a family tragedy and ended up downsizing our wedding, meaning we no longer needed her services. While we did not expect our deposit back, she didn’t respond at all to acknowledge our message, which felt unprofessional and insensitive. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the level of service that was advertised. I would strongly encourage other couples to look for vendors who are communicative, organized, and actually provide the consultation and customization included in their packages.

    This is actually a real unfair representation of my business. You messaged me on a phone number for the first time with no name so I had to ask in order to know who I’m talking too. With that said, once you said your names you still didn’t provide where we communicated previously on as I have multiple sites for communication. So to make it easier on all of us since texting was now going to be the main preferred communication I asked for that information so that I could have it all in one place. As far as ChatGPT, it has been the most accurate for me in determining how much alcohol. And YOU DID NOT STATE ANYTHING about wine. You reached out to me on March 18th via phone call and we talked about drinks and then I provided you with the list on March 20th. As far as “customization” I would have made your drink menu for the wedding. We did have a consultation so to say I didn’t provide that is inaccurate. I apologize that this is how you felt but you never once expressed this to me personally. Our phone call went quite well and I thought that was fine. I apologize that your message cancelling did not get replied too, that was a fail on our part. I hope you have a great wedding.

    We cannot recommend Signature Sips, LLC enough! We booked them for our wedding and they had absolutely nailed the signature drinks and perfect service. They’ll be the only people I recommend and want for any event!

    Best bar tenders

    Signature Sips did an amazing job at our wedding! They kept the drinks flowing and were so friendly and easy to work with! Everyone loved the bartenders and the drinks. They helped make our day so special and fun! If you have an event coming up, I totally recommend them!

    We absolutely loved Signature Sips!! They were so great to work with. Desiree was so communicative and friendly, and she let us know how much alcohol we needed and made the process a breeze! I could not recommend Signature Sips enough! They even knew what people would want when coming back up to the bar, and made it such a great experience for all, my entire bridal party raved about them!
