Hello Aja! First, we want to apologize for your experience. Unfortunately you never communicated any of this to us. This year has been challenging as we welcomed a new baby and maintaining and balancing life and its ebbs and flows has been different. You were very kind in understanding these things, so we are surprised by your review. Regarding the trial, we apologize for that, you had suggested the FaceTime to chat about your look because you said how natural you are and may not need a real trial, this was your choice and the connection was not good because you were using WiFi from someone else’s home while in your car. That was not in my control. This is not a common occurrence for a bride to experience through us, this was the first. We would have happily rescheduled your trial in person. Day of, there was an event that I could not have prevented, I did everything I could to accommodate you. I set up an emergency artist, if you did not want her you could have communicated that and I would have sent a full refund. Thank you for working with us. We apologize for your dissatisfaction.
