I am Darcie, an esthetician makeup artist in Lansing, Michigan. I specialize in on-site airbrush makeup for weddings, fashion, and many other special occasions. I am a very passionate person in general and it is certainly no different in my professional life. I take my craft very seriously but have plenty of fun in the process. I pride myself on providing an excellent customer service experience to my clients. My career goal is to make Darcie L Makeup synonymous with beauty in Michigan's capital area through enhancing my clients' unique, natural beauty and delivering to all the local women that coveted feeling of confidence we so often crave.

I give my all to my clients, genuinely listen to the vision they have in mind for their special occasion, and do everything I can to bring their concept to life. I love what I do and it is because of you, my clients, that I get to do it. I appreciate the joy you bring to my day, every day. My goal is to return the favor, pay forward the joy, and deliver to you an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist on my wedding day. From the moment we sat down, she created a calm, peaceful space—one of the few quiet moments in the whirlwind of the day. She made me feel so genuinely cared for, and the finished look made me feel beautiful, confident, and ready to step into such a special moment in my life. She kindly fit me into her schedule on shorter notice and still gave me her full attention and talent. I’m so grateful for her flexibility, her artistry, and her gentle presence. I felt radiant in every photo, and so much of that is thanks to her. If you’re looking for someone who not only makes you look incredible, but also helps you feel grounded and seen—she’s the one.

Darcie was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day. From our first consultation, she was prompt in communicating with me, transparent about her process, and truly listened to my preferences and vision for my wedding. The quality of her work is meticulous - my makeup looked beautiful and flawless, and lasted all day and evening, even in the summer heat. I felt like a princess on my wedding day thanks to the excellent skills of Darcie. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Darcie was great! She did an amazing job with all 7 of by bridesmaids and myself. The airbrush makeup stayed on all night. Darcie was time efficient, and everyone loved their makeup.
