Worth it for even the most prepared couple
Ainka and Kali were so helpful with my day of coordination at the St Clair Inn this October. While my family was getting hair and makeup done they had their crew on the ball making sure the florist, venue, and final details all came together. This allowed my family and I to relax, enjoy the morning, and make the most of our time together. They also helped to gather all our items and get them stored while allowing the family to focus on making more memories or getting to bed after the event wrapped. Leading up to the event, Ainka was a rock star in helping check in on our planning progress at regular intervals and providing guidance from her experience. She was so positive, prepared, professional, passionate, and reassuring from beginning to end. We were a pretty well organized and prepared couple and I still found Ainka’s service to be more than worth it to make sure we could enjoy our hard planning work to the fullest the day of. Highly recommend her day of package even if you think you have it all handled and I could definitely see how her full service or add on services could be a good fit for those who want to do less of the planning themselves as well.

A True Lifesaver for Our Wedding
Ainka was an absolute godsend and made the weeks leading up to the wedding feel much less anxiety inducing. She was extremely thoughtful, personable, professional, and went the extra mile for us in every single way. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I'd honestly pay 3x the amount just to have her help with an event again because she is absolutely worth it. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding from start to finish knowing we were in capable hands. Everything went so smoothly and looked pristine. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing Planner
Ainka’s services were amazing! I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went beyond that to help make sure my day was perfect. My goal with a planner was to be sure I didn’t have to do heavy lifting on the days leading up to the wedding and Ainka’s coordination with all of my vendors, as well as helping with the flow of the day and coordinating our rehearsal met that mark. She and her assistant were a joy to be around, and professional! She kept me calm during my day knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything. Forever grateful.
