Major stress reliever!
Maye Events LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was great - they were friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. Their flexibility and attention to detail provided us with so much stress relief throughout the two weeks leading up to the wedding. Maye Events genuinely took so much pressure off and helped everything go so much more smoothly on our special day. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a day of coordinator that will make the experience enjoyable and ensure your wedding day is perfect.

Maye Events (Kali specifically, Rae and Chelsea too!) was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was prompt and they were incredibly supportive by making sure I knew they were always available to help with any request or question I had. The quality of their work was truly wonderful by going went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. When we were running behind on setting up the decor and tables, they jumped in to help get everything looking beautiful. Kalitook care of anything we asked for assistance with, including picking up lunch and quickly resolving a last-minute table emergency and just making me feel taken care of. I can't say enough good things about her. She was so sweet and calm, jumping into every task with ease. I would highly recommend Maye Events to any couple planning their wedding.
Great day of coordination
Kali, our coordinator, was helpful and responsive as a day of coordinator. She was prompt in her communication, kind, and paid close attention to every detail to ensure our wedding reception was set up beautifully. Kali coordinated with our vendors, ran a few last minute errands, and made sure our vision came to life. Her attention to detail and easy-going demeanor made her great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Maye Events!
