Our brand of photography and cinematography along with DJ is three separate brands. Framing our services to meet the needs of our clients is paramount for our success. Our branding then is an ongoing and continuing adventure as we meet new clients, discover new markets, and update our experience and technology. Our photos and cinematography are not cookie cutter templates, but a research and interview process with our clients to achieve their desires and wants.     Vision Pros was amazing! They are super friendly, highly responsive and communicative and you can just tell they genuinely care about you as the customer and making sure all your needs are met. They go above and beyond to think of every possible detail. I love my photographs! They also provided our dj service and our reception went on like a breeze. We loved the music and so did our guests! You can just tell they truly care about making your day special and that it’s not just another job for them. Thank you vision pros!

The minimum deposit on our wedding packages is just $199, however some packages require up to 20% deposit. As with all of our wedding packages, a informal contract is provided with Liability Insurance perfectly submitted for your approval.
We do something extraordinary. We share all intellectual rights with you on the photos we produce. There is no water mark that appears on any wedding package photo. You paid for them, and you should enjoy them free of advertising logos. We do share rights for social media and advertising our services with your photos.
All pics are edited using the following professional industry standard software: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Portrait Pro Studios AI, Luminar Neo AI. A variety of software editing tools is used to produce the most professional picture as possible.
YES..our cinematography works hand in hand with our photography service to produce exactly the desire you wish us to achieve. From Romantic Story lines, to traditional wedding video applications, we are here to help you produce the film with spontaneity and ease. We use a variety of Professional Industry Standard software to edit your video, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Power Director.
YES!! Our professional in house DJ ICE, is a true veteran of the industry with a voice for radio, skilled and precise mixing of your music, and a high energy personality that is contagious throughout your wedding venue. He has MC'd hundreds of weddings over his career, and has performed in the nation's leading nightclubs in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Asheville, Coldwater and more.
YES!! Through our review process, and the number of guests you have invited, along with the size of your wedding party, VPS will recommend multiple shooters for your wedding. Your not obligated to add any additional shooters. Photo and Video additions that are not already described in your wedding package, are $350 each at a flat rate. No additional fees are required.
That depends on the Wedding Package you purchase. What we try NOT to do, is take redundant pictures of all of the event. Shooting in "burst" mode where multiple photos are taken only applies to portrait and traditional photos, where people are moving, waiting for a portrait, or other actions deemed necessary to take multiple shots at one time. It's our goal to provide only the very best shots.
Our guarantee to you is 2 weeks from the date of your wedding for photos, and 3 weeks for video. Sneak Peek photos, are usually uploaded to social media facebook pages the very next day of the wedding date. Please get with your photographer and request that they be ready for social media pages for next day viewing. These pics will not be uploaded to a proofing gallery for requested sneak peek.
Our broad coverage of Liability and property damage Insurance has a valued coverage of $250,000. In addition, there are amendments to our Insurance that can be added if requested as a waiver or day of coverage. Ask our VPS representative for more information regarding amendment coverage and it's cost.
In the world of digital imaging and entertainment services, refunds are rarely given after the event has transpired. In most cases, they are given prior to an event if certain conditions are met. VPS offers limited refund procedures with every contract due to death by either Bride or Groom, or by the owner of Vision Pro Studios. Weddings canceled outside those procedures are non refundable.
YES!! Your deposit is held for 72 hours from the signing of our contract and agreement. If you for any reason decide to cancel our services during that 72 hour window, your deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked. Once an agreement has been reached, and your contract is signed, as expected, we are obligated to film your wedding, as with you obligated to purchase it. Details regarding this is discussed during the signing meeting of your contract.
NONE!! We do not charge travel fees, overtime fees, or destination fees. We do not charge for accommodations if needed. Your wedding can be very expensive, and we are a vendor that hopes to save you money for more important things..like our services.
