Your wedding day should be stress free for you and your guests! Hourglass Wedding's was created out of my love for weddings and desire to help couples enjoy their wedding without having to rely on their family and friends to perfectly execute the set up of their decor and the tedious clean up and the end of the night!

Hourglass Wedding is a coordination service that is customizable to what you need. We offer Unlimited hours on your wedding day to make sure you don't have to worry about anything! We set up the ceremony and reception space and clean it all up at the end of the night. We are not wedding planners, but we do include three separate meetings to create your timeline, discuss who your vendors are and who is in your wedding, and finally to review the decor you would like us to set up!

Description	With unlimited hours on your wedding day we are able to set up, tear down, manage all of your vendors, and keep the day running smoothly! We include three pre-wedding meetings to get all of the information we need. In those meetings we plan your timeline, discuss vendors & anyone who is in your wedding, and finally we review your decor and go over exactly how you want your ceremony and reception space to look!

Abigail was INCREDIBLE. I think of the entire wedding, hiring her was the best decision my (now) husband and I made. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding - and she explained/assisted with what decisions needed to be made, what we may have forgotten, and provided recommendations based on her experience. There were a few meetings prior to the day of the wedding, and I’ll be honest, I forgot to put 2 of them in my calendar. She didn’t treat me differently, and she was quite understanding and flexible - which meant a lot. She helped make my day the perfect day. I namely wanted a day-of coordinator to take the pressure off myself as well as my mom - and she did just that. She encouraged my mom to enjoy the day, she kept all logistical stuff out of my hands on the day. My mom told me after the fact that there was an issue with the table numbers, and Abigail was already working on a backup plan while they were still looking for the table numbers. It ended up working out - but I didn’t know anything about it till after. Her and her sister, Bree, provided a sense of calm and collected on the wedding day and stayed throughout the entire wedding. Abigail was there the night before at our rehearsal - and truly helped make it super smooth. Her and Bree were there as soon as the venue opened and left after they loaded all the decor in the car. Our card box was in our room, and the room was more made up than previously. It was magical. They truly were above and beyond. I am so grateful I hired Abigail and would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. You will not be disappointed!!

Abigail goes above and beyond to ensure that a bride and groom can enjoy their special day and be fully in the moment, free of any anxiety about the behind-the-scenes work. And she accomplishes all of this with a kind and calming attitude! Any decent planner will give attention to detail and be adaptable, but Abigail brings a dedication and determination to the process that makes her a standout choice! Seriously, you almost feel bad you can only get married once ;)
