I’m Danielle Mayes, founder of Amayesing Graze, a little dream with a punny twist on my new last name, born during the wild ride of a pandemic *and* my first year of marriage (talk about a crash course in love and logistics!). Amayesing Graze is an award-winning catering company based in Mid-Michigan, specializing in elegant, abundant grazing boards for every celebration leading up to your big day. From bachelorette parties and bridal showers to getting-ready nibbles and wedding-day spreads, we make sure the snacking is just as unforgettable as the “I do.” Let’s graze through your wedding journey together, beautifully and deliciously!

We source local premium fresh produce, artisan cheese, cured meats, and delightful accompaniments that are arranged into stylish, abundant showcases on our charcuterie boards! We love featuring LOCAL MICHIGAN artisans and businesses on our boards. Each grazing board is fully customizable but will include items such as local/imported cheeses, cured meats, spreads, olives, pickled and fresh veggies, dips, honey, fresh fruit, nuts, and artisanal bread. We are happy to accommodate dietary needs and allergies, because everyone deserves a bite of the good stuff.
