Hi! I'm Danielle Mayes and I started Amayesing Graze (Play on words with my new last name) in the midst of the Pandemic during my 1st year of marriage! Eek! Now I am excited to help all of you snack during all of the important events leading to your special day! Amayesing Graze is a Mid-Michigan catering company specializing in Charcuterie & Cheese Grazing Boards. Providing you with fresh, elegant, and locally sourced ingredients that are arranged into a stylish abundant showcase. Our grazing boards are ideal for any event! Bach/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, snacks for getting ready on your special day and lastly, your BIG DAY!

We source local premium fresh produce, artisan cheese, cured meats, and delightful accompaniments that are arranged into stylish, abundant showcases on our charcuterie boards! We love featuring LOCAL MICHIGAN artisans and businesses on our boards. Each grazing board is fully customizable but will include items such as local/imported cheeses, cured meats, spreads, olives, pickled and fresh veggies, dips, honey, fresh fruit, nuts, and artisanal bread. We can work with diet restrictions and allergies! They are perfect for any wedding occasion!
