We are a locally owned business specializing in elevated charcuterie boards, dessert displays, and baked goods for weddings and special events. Our offerings are ideal for cocktail hours, bridal suites, getting-ready rooms, welcome displays, and dessert tables. Our boards are beautifully styled, customizable, and designed to complement the aesthetic of each couple’s day.

As a small business run by two best friends and moms, we take great pride in professionalism, presentation, and reliability. We understand the importance of having a seamless day and work closely with venues to ensure setup, timing, and cleanup are smooth and stress-free.

This is one of two extra-large boards the client ordered for their cocktail hour. They chose to separate the two boards.
There is a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, and crackers on each board. You will also find hummus, olives, and a trail mix of nuts.
This client also requested a round gluten-free board for family. We were able to accommodate by using gluten-free crackers.
This is the second extra-large board that was placed on the opposite side of the room at this venue for cocktail hour.

    Best cocktail hour charcuterie EVER!!

    From our first conversation with Ryann at R & R Bakes and Boards, we knew we were going to move forward with them. Their communication was so outstanding every step of the way, and they paid attention to every detail we cared about. The cocktail hour appetizer setup and teardown ran like clockwork thanks to their process and wood disposable boards. Our guests literally can’t stop talking about the charcuterie masterpiece they created—it was truly a work of art. What blew us away most was how thoughtfully they designed each board while keeping the price so reasonable. R & R Bakes and Boards is absolutely at the top of our recommendation list, and we can't imagine our wedding day without them. THANK YOU!!

    R & R Bakes and Boards was absolutely AMAZING! Everything was beautiful, fresh, and delicious, and the presentation was beyond what we could have imagined. It was the thing I was most excited about for our day and it turned out better than I could have imagined! The charcuterie boards were such a huge hit with our guests and made everything feel extra special. They were also so wonderful and easy to work with throughout the whole process.     Beautiful presentation and quality.

    Our guests were wowed by the beauty of the display and quality of the food. I would highly recommend R & R bakes and boards to anyone in need of cocktail hour food or a board for any occasion. We needed the entire display to be gluten free and that was handled safely. Pricing and quality cannot be beat.

    Delicious work of art!

    These guys did 2 fruit boards, 2 XL charcuterie boards, and a dessert board for my daughter's open house...they were gorgeous and delicious...saved me so much work and we received endless conpliments. Can't wait to use them again!!

    Delicious Treats!

    I used R&R Bakes and Boards for their cute small dessert boxes and for a small sized Christmas-themed charcuterie board. I ordered a large quantity and each box was perfectly arranged and tied up with a cute little bow! I gave them as gifts and everyone raved about how cute they were and how delicious the treats were inside! No matter what you are looking for on your wedding day, R&R will provide a reliable service and flavor that can’t be beat!

No, the delivery and set up fees are included into our pricing as long as you are within our service area. We do charge a delivery fee when it is more than 30 miles from us.
We serve the west Michigan and southwest Michigan area frequently. We are willing to go outside of this area but there may be a delivery fee attached or minimum required.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.
Yes! We are able to accommodate for most dietary restrictions! Please feel free to reach out and ask.
