Hello! My name is A.R. Clark. I am a photographer and videographer from Bangor, Maine. I love the joy that comes with capturing these magnificent days, and I aim to show everything about your wedding in gorgeous tones and lighting. My style is best described as vintage with influences from old hollywood. I have worked every type of wedding and I love to travel!

I am foremost a fine art photographer and bring this perspective to all my weddings. I am also a a film obsessive and so I bring with me lighting principles and techniques that youd see in classic movies, so if you want to feel like Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall, Im your guy

    We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. It was very thoughtful and left us feeling good about the whole experience right away. He was very personal and nice to work with, but not intrusive, and went with the little schedule changes we had, and was open to suggestions while we took post-ceremony photos around the city. I couldn't be happier with our experience with him and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a real artist for their wedding photography.

    Andrew did our engagement photos and they were totally different from what other photogs we had considered were doing. The work he gave back to us felt special, personal, and artistic. Truly one of a kind—he’s even traveling to the Southwest for our wedding and we highly recommend his work!

    It was very important to me to have a wedding with a vintage look, and A.R. knew exactly what we wanted. He shot our wedding on a mix of digital and film and had tons of advice on how to style the lighting so that we could have a classic look. He was really polite and super easy going.
