How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Typically, couples book me about 8-16 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

I offer two types of editing—something rare in the wedding industry. Color-Corrected Photos – Edited in Lightroom to enhance colors, exposure, contrast, and white balance, making your photos vibrant and rich. Fully Edited Photos – Retouched in both Lightroom and Photoshop to perfect skin, remove distractions, and refine details like hair, clothing, and background. Think high-end, Vogue-level quality. I also provide gallery examples so you can see how other clients receive their photos.

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Some of my packages include a 72-hour sneak peek, while the full gallery is typically ready within 5-8 weeks. If I can deliver them sooner, I will—there’s no reason to keep my couples waiting! For those who need their photos even faster, I offer an express delivery option, ensuring the entire gallery is ready within 14 days.

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Yes! While I photograph many weddings on my own, I also work with trusted second photographers when additional coverage is needed or included in a wedding package. Having a second photographer allows us to capture more moments, different perspectives, and simultaneous events throughout the day, ensuring no important detail is missed. All photographers I work with are carefully selected and shoot in a style that complements my own.

What's the booking process?

The booking process is simple! First, we’ll schedule a quick 20–30 minute phone or Zoom call where we can get to know each other, discuss your wedding plans, answer any questions you may have, and review the available packages. If needed, I can also create a custom package tailored to your specific needs. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract with all the details of your wedding day. After both parties sign the agreement and the 30% retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved and you’re booked!

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Don’t worry! After photographing weddings throughout New England, I’m prepared for all kinds of weather. Some of my favorite images have been created on rainy days. I’ll help adjust the timeline if needed and find beautiful covered locations to ensure you still receive stunning photographs.

We’re awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?

Absolutely! Most of the couples you see in my portfolio had never had a professional photoshoot before and started out feeling nervous in front of the camera. My approach is relaxed and natural, with gentle guidance every step of the way, so you’ll never have to wonder what to do. Many wedding collections also include a complimentary engagement session, which I highly recommend. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other, get comfortable in front of the camera, and help the wedding day feel even more relaxed and effortless.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I’m based in Boston and regularly photograph weddings throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and beyond. I’d be happy to discuss travel details for your wedding location.
