    Just What We Wanted

    The Freelance Chef was prompt and professional. Chef took time from day one to discuss options and answer all of our questions. He listened to what we wanted and delivered with professionalism. Our family and guests were all pleased with the flavorful meal prepared by The Freelance Chef. Days later, I realized that Chef gifted us his custom hot sauce collection; it was such a kind perk that we'll be enjoying for months.

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within Greater Detroit area. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other areas.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
Yes, our event minimum is $4000 for all weddings.
