All around amazing!!
Julia was an absolutely amazing day of coordinator for our wedding!! She took the time to get to know us and our vision well and that was so evident in how she handled everything on the day of the wedding. Before the wedding, she went through our timeline with us to make sure everything would run smoothly. She offered some fun ideas of things we could incorporate into the day while also being excited about the ideas we already had. As a bride, it meant a lot to be supported in all the decisions I had made. On the day of the wedding Julie was a true professional. She set up all of our decor beautifully. We had 375 guests, 37 tables, and a lot of decor. Her attention to detail and commitment to bringing our vision to life was amazing. All of the guests were so impressed. During the course of the day, I never knew of any problems that arose. Julie coordinated with all of our vendors and handled any issues that needed to be addressed without myself, my husband, or either of our families ever having to be involved. We were able to be present and enjoy celebrating with the people around us which was such a gift. At the end of the evening, Julie took care of clean up. She loaded up all the decor and then dropped it back off to my parent’s house a couple days after the wedding. This took so much stress and coordination off of both of our families and was so thoughtful. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for help with wedding coordination. She really cares about bringing your vision to life and making sure you are able to enjoy your special day!!

So glad to have found Julie to help with our day of set up and tear down. She and her team were amazing. We met a few weeks beforehand and knew she’d be a great fit. We communicated our vision and Julie took away any of our stress or worry about the day of details. Delivery of our extra decor post event was an extra bonus. We didn’t have to coordinate who was taking what home afterward. We could just enjoy the evening and visit with guests as long as we wanted. Julie was professional and experienced. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and venue staff. I initially had a hard time with the idea of giving up what I would usually be doing…the details and extra decorating stuff. But, I am so glad we handed our day of details off to Julie. She did an amazing job and was worth every penny! So happy we chose Dusty Rose.
