Book Julie!!!
Don’t think twice about booking Julie as your wedding coordinator, just do it. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with on my wedding day & she was 100% needed. She gave me complete peace of mind on such a crazy day, and out of all of our vendors she was my favorite and the one who kept everything together. She was 5 steps ahead always, and was quick to communicate and execute what was needed. She was a huge part of the reason the day was such a success. She even took it upon herself to take videos of us the entire day and drive us home to our Airbnb at the end of the night. 10/10 all around. Thank you so much! :)

Julie was truly such a gift to us throughout our wedding experience. From the very beginning, she was consistently available and so generous with her time. She was always ready to answer questions and walk through details with us. In the final days leading up to the wedding, she made herself available for last-minute meetings, and when I found myself second-guessing decisions, she provided such thoughtful reassurance and guidance. She helped me feel confident that I was on the right track, especially when it came to etiquette and the overall flow of the day. That meant more to me than I can put into words. On the wedding day itself, she was punctual, calm, and completely in control in the best way. She executed the reception exactly as I had envisioned and made everything feel seamless and effortless. What meant the most, though, were the moments she quietly went above and beyond without hesitation. When I had forgotten my bouquet at the church, she graciously retrieved it so I didn’t have to worry for even a second. She also ensured our unity candle was in place prior to the ceremony after we had overlooked dropping it off. Those small but incredibly meaningful acts, combined with her steady presence and attention to detail, made such a difference in our day. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and truly soak in every moment. We are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and the heart she put into making our wedding day so special.

Wedding of Our DREAMS!!
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. Julie at dusty rose events had our backs from consultation to the end of our wedding. She made sure our wedding day ran so smoothly so we could enjoy our special day. She took our vision and brought it to life and even surprised us with a beautiful content video less than 12 hours from the wedding! Julie is not only amazing at what she does, but she is also an amazing human. She is passionate about her job and her work shows it. 100000000/10 recommend dusty rose events to anyone! AMAZING
Julie was absolutely amazing. She was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond. She listened well and absolutely brought my wedding dreams to life! She was also extremely helpful during the planning process in connecting me with other vendors we needed to hire. I am so grateful for Julie!

A perfect 10/10 wedding!
Julie's communication was so efficient and perfect for everything we needed. She was reliable and available for any task that we needed of her without question! She took videos for us since we did not hire a videographer, and we just wanted raw and real videos to look back at. She was an amazing coordinator and so kind! She was so pleasant with our guests and family, she made sure we had everything we needed and also did a lot of work for tearing down our decorations. We would not have had our day run as smoothly as it did without her!
