Hire Julie!!!
If we could give Julie more than five stars, we absolutely would. Hiring Julie was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the moment she came on board, we felt a huge sense of relief. She was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and proactive, always thinking several steps ahead and making sure every detail was covered. On our wedding day, everything ran so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing. Julie coordinated vendors, kept the timeline on track, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and made sure we were always where we needed to be. Because of her, we were able to be fully present, spend time with our family and friends, and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding instead of thinking about logistics. Our wedding was everything we had dreamed of, and we genuinely believe it would not have been the same without Julie. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail are second to none, and it's clear how much she cares about the couples she works with. Outstanding Wedding Planner!
Julie is an outstanding coordinator/wedding planner. As our “Day of Coordinator”, she went above and beyond to help us through the wedding planning process by providing us with multiple vendor recommendations and quotes, and even followed up with us to make sure we were all set. In addition, she was very helpful with providing advice and making sure nothing was missed. She was great with giving directions during the wedding rehearsal and making sure we were all aligned. On the wedding day, she was on top of her game and the day went smoothly! We loved her positive energy and enthusiasm. We definitely recommend her for all your wedding planning needs!

Perfect Wedding Day
From start to finish Julie and Natalie were amazing. They were super communicative and helpful throughout the whole day. They even thought of things I didn’t think of so we could iron out any last minute details. They helped set out cupcakes and decor and it all looked perfect. If anything went wrong that day, I didn’t know about it because they handled anything that came up. They were so much fun to work with and we are so lucky to have them apart of our wedding day! I would recommend them to anyone!

Trustworthy and Pleasant
Julie was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, energetic, and extremely helpful. She was able to execute everything that was asked of her and took on responsibilities without even being asked. She checked in on us through the evening asking if there was anything we needed.

Yes to the Day of Coordinator!
Mother of the groom here. At the request of the bride and groom, my husband and I did 90% of the wedding planning. We were well organized and had a good timeline prepared. We wanted to enjoy the actual day of the wedding without having to schlep, keep others on task or clean up. We hired Dusty Rose Events to be the day of wedding coordinator. Julie, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and queries in advance. We met Julie and Christine in person at our last planning meeting with our venue, about 6 weeks before the wedding. We were very impressed! Christine, our coordinator, was outstanding!!! She assisted getting the bridesmaids going on time, schlepping items from the church to the reception, ensuring everything was setup according to our plan at the venue, and cleaning up at the end of the night. She made sure the bride and groom had everything they wanted! My husband and I had the best time and were so confident because Christine handled everything that day. I highly recommend Christine and Dusty Rose Events.
