We are the wedding coordination company for the couple who is planning their own wedding but wants to have a stress free wedding day. We include timeline creation and 3 meetings to make sure we understand your wedding day completely and can manage it perfectly.

We offer full service coordination, including unlimited hours on the wedding day, one coordinator and one assistant, full set up and tear down, and more! We include unlimited email communication from the time of booking to help support you along the way.

    Would recommend!

    Working with Molly as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made with wedding planning. She was incredibly organized and kept everything on track from the beginning stages to the day of the wedding. We felt confident that if anything came up, she and her team would handle it seamlessly. She was open to us DIYing most of our decor, and then she and her team set it up according to instructions. This really let us and our families feel more relaxed on the day of the wedding! Several of our guests commented on how helpful her team was. We have no regrets about working with Molly/Best Day Details.

    Amazing!

    The BEST

    We worked with Hannah for our wedding and it was genuinely the best experience! She brought so much knowledge to the timeline planning, and she was really fun to work with. The whole team did so much behind the scenes on our wedding day, and it felt good to have someone we trusted coordinating everything. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely book them again!

    Emily and her team were absolutely fabulous at my wedding! Leading up to the big day, they truly knocked it out of the park. Every single detail was handled with such care. Emily went above and beyond she made runs for us, picked up food, went to Sam’s Club, grabbed and delivered decor, and made sure everything was in line. As a bride, things can be overwhelming, but Emily and her team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing it felt to be able to fully enjoy my wedding without worrying about the little things. If you’re considering hiring The Best Day Details, don’t hesitate! 10/10 experience! Emily and her team are not only professional and organized but also caring and thoughtful.     Every Bride Needs

    I can sum up in one sentence why you should hire Best Day Details to coordinate your wedding. Nothing went wrong; and if it did, Emily solved the problem before I ever knew or realized. Emily was SO helpful. She took charge, and ensured all the vendors were on the same page. While wedding planning, she answered many questions for me and helped reassure me if I was stuck between options. As a type A bride, who was nervous about everything, it was so nice to be able to spend my day relaxing, hanging out with my friends and family, and not having to worry. Every bride needs an Emily. So don’t get a knock off, get the real deal so you can enjoy your wedding day as much as I enjoyed mine.
