Hey! Aaron and Becka here! We are wedding photographers based in the North Suburbs of Chicago. We have three kids; Judah (4), Jane (2), and Dan (6 months). Being parents is one of the sweetest gifts we have ever been given! When we aren't doing photography or ministry, we are either going for hikes as a family, playing music together, working on updating our 200 year old house, or hanging out with friends! We both love the shooting side of photography, but when it comes to the admin and post-creative, that's where Becka takes over! So, if you reach out, she will be the one chatting with ya!

We love serving our couples as a husband and wife TEAM. Our mission is to cultivate marriages through our photography. Our hope is that by the end of a session with us, you will feel closer and more known by your fiancé or spouse than you were before. We want to give you an experience, not just a gallery! We do this by first getting to know you, prompting you with questions during your session, giving artistic direction, and staying away from the cultural posing.

    You won’t regret it!

    Becka and her team deserve 5/5 stars and all the love for how hard they worked with my husband and I throughout the pandemic.. Let’s go back all the way to the beginning of March 2020.. That’s where I met Becka for the first time.. (She met me in person, which I truly appreciated) right before well, COVID-19.. We were both a little hesitant of what was to come of this virus but it was SO early that neither one of us thought it would effect my wedding that was supposed to take place in the fall of that year.. Boy, were we in for a surprise.. Realizing in the summer that COVID-19 wasn’t going to go anywhere, we rescheduled our wedding for the following year. Unfortunately, Becka was already booked for the only day we could manage to reschedule our venue/church.. However, she saved the day by allowing her assistant photographers, Lauren & Michaela to take over… At first I was a bit nervous knowing Becka wasn’t going to be the one taking the wedding pictures (we loved our engagement photography session) but I trusted her, and I knew her standards were high so she wouldn’t just allow anyone to take the pictures under her name... And let’s just say, my husband and I were not disappointed! The assistant photographers did amazing, it even rained during the most crucial time of the wedding (in terms of photos) …The time after the ceremony! But despite this, the pictures came out absolutely stunning and our family/friends loved them.. All the details, all the unexpected “I didn’t know they captured that!” moments were there… Another thing I want to mention is the way Becka was able to help me schedule parts of the wedding and assist in the planning of when certain things are supposed to happen… As you can imagine, planning a wedding is stressful... Sometimes you don’t even know where to start! Becka helped me tackle this issue and streamline the day so it wouldn’t be as intimidating… With her schedule, I could now put together the pieces of the day and take a breath. Photos & logistics aside, everyone was also so sweet, patient and accommodating… So a big thank you to Becka, Lauren & Michaela for capturing our big day wonderfully. We will cherish these photos for a lifetime!

    The most talented wedding photographer!

    Hiring Becka was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! She took care of every detail and was so easy to work with. The way she made us feel so at peace throughout the process of wedding planning was so unique and special. During pictures, she made the experience so personal and fun we barely felt like we were posing. Our pictures turned out better than we ever could have expected! She is so talented! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer and already have to so many people!

    SHE. IS. AMAZING.

    I would recommend Becka to anyone and everyone! She did our engagement and our wedding! She doesn’t make you feel like your photos are just poses, but she turns your photo session into an experience and just a fun time and she captures true emotion! (Not only posed). When I look back on our wedding photos I can remember how I felt in each photo. She’s SO relaxed and doesn’t make me feel awkward in front of a camera! You won’t regret it!

Nope! A RAW image is a file that is created to be edited and will only open if you have the right software to open it. I only delivery fully edited JPEGs because I believe that shooting just half the job. Editing is where I really get to be creative and help bring the photos to life so that you can enjoy a timeless image that truly tells the story of your day!
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. All payments can be made through the online invoice I will send to your email! A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all payments.
I'm totally willing to reschedule provided I have the openings! If you have already booked and need to reschedule, please remember that your retainer is non-refundable, and a new non-refundable retainer will need to be paid. I know it stinks - I am just counting on that money to pay my bills. I had already put your date in my calendar and most likely had to turn other clients down.
For weddings, you can expect around 50 photos for every hour of coverage. My husband and I both shoot the whole time, and select the best of our work that allows us to tell the story of your day! For engagements and sessions, you can expect a minimum of 75 photos total.
We don't! It wouldn't be fair to my other clients if I gave you a discount.
Welp, I would have to be in the hospital or have a family emergency/death for this to happen. IF that does happen, (God forbid!) then I promise to personally do my absolute best to find a replacement photographer for your day that I trust to do the job well, and I would still edit all of the photos!
Nope! I really believe in keeping the integrity of your day, and photoshop honestly just makes things look fake... I will however remove thins like acne or scars - things that will be gone in two weeks!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
For weddings, you can expect your fully edited gallery within 3 months of your event. A sneak peek of a few highlight photos will be delivered within 1 week. For engagement sessions, the full gallery will be delivered within 1 month, with a sneak peek available within 2 days.
