The best part about what we do are the stories we get to tell. The happily-ever-afters, the love-at-first-sights…it’s the truth in a moment and a look that says it all. As Chicago area wedding photographers for over twenty years now, we’ve seen and captured just about every incarnation of true love imaginable. That’s why we approach your special day as a unique journey we take together. We walk you through every step, from proposal and engagement photos and perfectly capturing those forever wedding day moments with photography, videography, and content creation, to expertly crafting your very first family heirloom…your wedding album!
Founded in 1990, TWA Photographic Artists is a family owned and operated local small business and proud to be part of the Chicago wedding photography community! We are A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau and have been recognized for consistently ranking in the top 5% of all professional wedding photographers over the last 14 years. These are honors for which we are certainly proud. Our Ultimate Photography Collections start at $4,699 and include full-day coverage from 2 or more photographers. You also get an engagement session, album credits, custom heirloom products and more! These all-inclusive packages save you thousands and provide everything you need to commemorate your wedding so you can relive your best day, every day.
Video (Chicago + All Suburbs)
Beautiful imagery from your day is obviously a must but it won’t let you listen to your own voice reciting your vows and it won’t bring you back to the laughter shared during your best friend’s speech. So how do you want to remember your day? We offer 8 and 10 consecutive hour packages with 1 or 2 cinematographers. Packages can include fully edited digital video and highlights reels and start at only $2,099.00

TWA is the BEST!
We worked with Nicki O. and David O. for our wedding day photography, as well as Sam W. for videography, and they were all AMAZING! My husband is so excited to see his getting ready shots from the morning with David. He took his time to get a lot of very intricate shots, playing with the various lights, shadows, and angles in the locations. Sam was so much fun to be around and kept a smile on our faces all day long. He has a keen eye for detail and worked in such seamless unison with the photography team. He had such a lighthearted way of throwing little jokes in while shooting to get natural smiles and laughter out of everyone. Nicki was so pleasant to work with from the moment she walked through the door, other vendors even commented on how warm and friendly she was. Our morning timeline ran behind by about an hour and Nicki worked her magic to get ALL of the photos we wanted (plus extras that we didn’t plan for!) and get us fully back on track before the ceremony even started. The team didn’t show an ounce of stress or frustration with the timeline issues, even though I’m sure they felt the pressure. The flower girls (4yo and 1.5yo) started to get fussy midday and Nicki even got smiles out of them for pictures in the middle of it all! She has such an eye for detail and is so talented at what she does, we could not be more happy with how she handled it all. All three of our wonderful professionals took time to stop and talk to us before leaving at the end of the night and check if we wanted any additional content before they left. If you’re looking for your wedding day photo/video team - HIRE TWA AND ASK FOR NICKI, DAVID, AND SAM. You will NOT be disappointed in the slightest!!!! Thank you TWA!
A Diamond Under Pressure
TWA Photographic Artists were straightforward and direct in their communication, and kept us on schedule throughout our wedding day. Their work was great, capturing many timeless and detailed shots. However, at times they seemed a bit hurried when working with our wedding party and guests, though they remained attentive and eager to get the right shots. For example, the photographer remembered the little details that made our photos special, but we felt a bit rushed after the ceremony and didn't fully capture the joy of those moments. Overall, TWA provided solid photography services, but could have been a bit more patient and attuned to our desired pace for the day.
