I care about you and aspire to bring your visions to life, delivering a day that will perfectly reflect YOUR unique story. My hope is to simplify the lead-up to your best moments, allowing you to sit back, relax and be present in every minute of your magical celebration while I handle the day's details, setup, communications, logistics and everything in between.
My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that on your wedding day I will be there to tackle whatever may come up, allowing you to maintain excitement and anticipation throughout your engagement/planning journey. The best experience!!
I cannot recommend Sarah enough! While I initially thought I just needed someone for the “day of,” I quickly realized how much goes into wedding coordination in the weeks and months leading up to the big day—and Sarah was there every step of the way. She went so far above and beyond what I ever expected, and I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through the wedding planning process, or the actual day, without her. From the moment we started working together, Sarah brought a sense of calm, professionalism, and thoughtfulness to everything. She is kind, incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and somehow manages to be both relaxed and hard-working at the same time. Every detail was thought through, every vendor was communicated with, and every little hiccup was handled before I even had time to worry about it. On my wedding day, I was able to be fully present and soak it all in, because I knew Sarah had everything under control. If you’re on the fence about whether you need a day-of coordinator, don’t overthink it—hire Sarah. She is a true gem, and you’ll be so glad to have her in your corner.
Anemone Events is AMAZING!!!
Sarah is a literal godsend!!! I have a million great things to say about her and Anemone Events but will try my best to summarize from my experience for day of wedding coordination. From the start, I found that Sarah was so kind, easy going and personable. She sent me several planning documents that helped keep me on track with planning. As my check in meetings started, Sarah thought of all of the details and asked questions on specifics that I had not even thought of. She sent me a draft of our timeline a few months before the wedding and was so incredibly detailed. Leading up to the wedding, she continuously checked in and made sure that the day would be everything we dreamed of it to be. On the day, she coordinated all of the vendors/schedules with grace, handled a conflict with one of the vendors for me, managed set up/room flip/clean up, and made the day so seamless and stress free. I’m super type A but I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing with Sarah coordinating the day! My family and bridal party raved about her being the MVP of our wedding and I couldn’t agree more! On top of everything, Sarah even snapped behind the scenes pics/videos of the day - an amazing surprise when she sent them all to me the next day. Do yourself a favor and hire Anemone Events for your wedding - you will be so grateful that you did!!!
10/10 Wonderful & Genuine Coordinator
I consider myself a decent planner, but my partner and I could not have been happier that we booked Sarah for our wedding. She makes my planning look like child's play. Though we booked her as a day-of coordinator, her job went so much further. There were several meetings during the planning process to keep us on track, and she provided timeline documents of tasks my partner and I should be doing that we would otherwise not have known. Furthermore, all of our wedding decor was DIY and she and her assistant helped my friends set it all up. Without her guidance our wedding quite literally would not have been possible. Apart from her incredible coordination, Sarah is such a nice, genuine human. She is very cognizant of family dynamics. Working with her was refreshing and she has a very calming presence. Notably, right before the ceremony I was a bit nervous and had not eaten much during the day due to nerves. She pulled out a granola bar and saved the day. All in all, we could not have asked for a better coordinator. We liked working with her so much that we would recommend her as a coordinator to our closest friends! 10/10 you (whoever is reading this) should book her.
Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Sarah is amazing to work with. We had a large backyard, outdoor wedding .. the day ended up being the rainiest day in June but Sarah executed the day perfectly. From the very beginning, She was so easy to communicate with, very helpful and always thought of things that I would never even thought about. If you are looking for someone to ease your mind, I recommend hiring Sarah for your big day, you won't regret it! Thank You Sarah!!!
