At Anemone Events, I have one simple goal: to ensure your day is as extraordinary as it can be! I strive to execute experiences and memories that will last you a lifetime. I care about you and aspire to bring your visions to life, delivering a day that will perfectly reflect YOUR unique story. My hope is to simplify the lead-up to your best moments, allowing you to sit back, relax and be present in every minute of your magical celebration while I handle the day's details, setup, communications, logistics and everything in between.
My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that on your wedding day I will be there to tackle whatever may come up, allowing you to maintain excitement and anticipation throughout your engagement/planning journey. As your planner or coordinator, know that I will be cheering you on every step of the way!

A MUST HIRE!
If I could give one piece of advice to any couple planning a wedding, it’s to hire Sarah! She eased every ounce of stress and made the entire process feel so smooth. Her communication, organization, and positive energy were unmatched. She thought of every detail, kept the day running perfectly, and brought such calm and joy to every moment. Truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Highly Recommend!
Sarah was our "day of coordinator" for our wedding in September '25, but she was SO much more than just day-of help! Although we chose to plan our venue, decor, food, etc. mostly ourselves, Sarah helped tremendously in ironing out the details for these things to make our venue look amazing, and keep our day running smoothly. She was very responsive to any and all questions I had leading up to the wedding, and helped me stay on track with communicating and sending different spreadsheets and checklists to stay organized during the course of planning. She created our entire timeline for us, which was absolutely amazing!! Setting a timeline was something I knew would not be easy for me to do, so having Sarah, who has planned countless weddings, do it for us saved me so much stress and made me feel confident things would go smoothly! The weeks leading up to the wedding, Sarah and I met to go over the final details, and she took over all communication to our vendors, which was super helpful. She led us through our ceremony rehearsal the night before the wedding, and was with us early the next day (in the rain since our venue was partially outdoors!) to start setting up exactly as we had talked. Throughout the course of the day Sarah kept things on track, but also adjusted when needed to create an organized, but relaxed and fun day. She worked hard and met a need whenever she saw it, like helping to buss our tables when she saw the staff we hired fall behind. It was absolutely amazing to have a coordinator that we trusted be in charge of our special day - it took the pressure off of us and our families, and we were able to enjoy ourselves way more knowing things were under control. We would absolutely recommend working with Sarah - she was so sweet, personable, and helped tremendously in making our day special for us. Thank you Sarah!

Amazing experience!
Hiring Sarah and Anemone Events as a day of coordinator for our wedding was a straight up game changer! It was obvious from the start that Sarah had an incredible attention to detail and truly loved helping couples dream weddings become a reality. She was extremely responsive to any and all of our wacky questions and did a great job helping us make a time line and dealing with my crazy family. During the wedding itself, I don't think I ever saw her or her assistant not doing something. The day went off flawlessly and Sarah is a HUGE reason things went so smoothly. We truly cannot thank you enough, THANK YOU!
