Hi there, I’m Olivia, the face behind Afterglow Weddings and Events! With over five years of experience in the wedding industry, including catering and venue sales, I've been part of more than 100 love stories. My journey in the Chicago wedding industry has included time as a venue coordinator, catering sales manager and event coordinator. My favorite part about working in the industry is working with couples to help their wedding dreams come to life. At Afterglow Weddings and Events, I'm dedicated to bringing your dreams to life and ensuring every detail reflects your unique love story.
Having been in the Chicago wedding industry for over 6 years I have a wide range of experience working in catering, venues and private planning. I wanted to use my expertise to help all couples bring their dream wedding to life!

Amazing experience with Camille
We worked with Camille for wedding coordination and she is incredible! Every call and check-in we had with her left us more calm and confident in the crazy whirlwind that is wedding planning. She is a wonderful person to have in your corner on wedding day- handling everything and also just letting us enjoy the day how we wanted to enjoy it. We would choose Camille over and over again!

Olivia & the Afterglow Team are the BEST
Olivia & her team at Afterglow made our wedding day possible!!!! They ran the show from beginning to end in a way that was loving, flexible, and centered on US. We loved working with Olivia as our coordinator because she was always three steps ahead and had answers to alllll our questions. We appreciated her communication & frequent meetings and availability. Throughout the wedding day she made sure to check in with us, which we really appreciated because it made the whole day match our wants and vision. We recommend Afterglow Weddings so highly!!

Highly recommend! Incredible Chicago planner
My husband and I found Olivia early in our wedding planning process and she became an integral part in making our wedding a huge success. We had a 250 guest Jewish wedding with lots of unique requests and asks. Olivia handled all questions and vendor coordination with ease and had the best demeanor throughout- she never got stressed out! She was highly professional and always easily reachable. We cannot recommend Olivia enough for all your event planning needs!

The best wedding coordinator ever!
Working with Jessica from Afterglow Weddings and Events was such a relief from start to finish. She handled all the vendor communication, built our timeline exactly how we wanted it, and pulled off a flawless execution on the actual day. What really impressed us was how she stayed on top of every detail while keeping the energy light and positive throughout the night. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt supported and taken care of, which meant we could actually enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics. If you want a planner who listens, communicates clearly, and delivers results, Jessica from Afterglow Weddings and Events is your answer. Too bad we won't be having another wedding or else we'd be going right back to Jessica!
