As someone who studied history, I know how critical it is when properly capture and preserve life's events, and I take extra care and love when it comes to my work as a photographer. My photos are a mix of traditional portraiture and photojournalism that candidly captures the celebration of a wedding/ elopement, raw emotions, and memorable moments that occur.     Victoria G. was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding photography. Her communication style throughout the planning process was extremely supportive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel like we had known her for years. On the big day itself, Victoria went above and beyond by offering assistance wherever needed, all with a loving and polite attitude. Most importantly, the photographs Victoria captured are stunning - creative, fun compositions with a beautiful, classic wedding style that we will treasure forever. Her work was worth every penny. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and feel so fortunate to have gained a new lifelong friend in Victoria!

    Mostly Good, But Much Missed

    Victoria was punctual on the day of taking photos. She took some great photos for us, however we are very disappointed in the treatment the day after the wedding. We were promised our sneak peek photos within a week after the wedding, but did not receive them for months. This was excuse after excuse and she also promised multiple days for them to be sent to us which were never met. This was the same issue we had with our full wedding album. For example, we were told every 2-4 weeks that our photos were almost done and would be sent to us by that Friday. They never were and I basically had to beg for our photos to be sent to us. The second photographer did not use a higher quality camera for the photos he took, and this showed as they were less high resolution. We were very disappointed in our first kiss images especially as the one Victoria took was high quality, but at an awkward angle with clutter in the way. But the one Theo took was very blurry and was edited poorly. We also had numerous images that were missed even though our bridal party had made comments to her about special moments such as my mom putting on my wedding dress. Our large group family photo was also very awkwardly split up to where I didn’t have any family members next to me, my married grandparents were completely separated, and his married parents were also nowhere near each other. This is heartbreaking for me because our families will never be together again like that and we will never have a chance for another photo of everyone together. This is the same for our first kiss and getting into my dress images. Victoria was very kind, light-hearted, and bubbly the days before and the day of the wedding. Since then, Victoria has chosen to block us on all forms of communication without an explanation why. We found this out when trying to tag her in our first anniversary post. This was incredibly hurtful as Victoria had come to know us as good friends. Overall, we love the majority of our photos, but our overall experience after the wedding was confusing, complicated, and extremely stressful. We tried to be kind and professional as she provided her services to us for a discount, but we are looking back a year later still and are feeling hurt and frustrated all over again. So unfortunately because of all of that we cannot rate her higher even if we recommend her work to others (which we have!) even if it wasn’t a 5-star experience for us. We have a lot of love for Victoria in our hearts (even if she doesn’t feel the same anymore) and we are wishing her the best, but we needed to be honest with our review and speak our minds about our wedding day.

    Amazing

    Wonderful Photographer!

    Victoria did the photography for my elopement. She was wonderful! I could not express enough how great she was to work with. Our photos look amazing! We could not have been happier with our experience. I would recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a photographer!

As a child, I would use up a ton of my parents' disposable cameras. But, for my 16th birthday, my parents gifted me a Canon Rebel T5i, and the rest is history! Since then, I have dedicated a portion of my life to photography as a loyal canon gal!
I always try to put a unique twist on my work, whether through framing or playing around with the sun. My goal is to find ways to make the client(s) personality shine through in any way possible. I incorporate both factors into my work by establishing a relationship with my client(s) to ensure they are comfortable with me and in front of the camera.
As a hopeless romantic, I would be biased to say weddings and couples. However, each type of portrait I specialize in is special in its own way. Whether I am shooting my hundredth graduation cap toss or a married couple’s first kiss, I am honored to know that I got to play a role in capturing and preserving one's memories.
Aside from meeting and working with some of the nicest people in the world, my favorite thing about being a photographer is getting to witness some of life's most beautiful moments through my viewfinder and taking unforgettable images that my clients will love and cherish for many years.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge. All photos delivered to you come in both Color and duplicated into B+W. So you really get a variety!
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. With that being said, I have quite a few videography friends in the industry who I am happy to send you along to if you are looking for videography services!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive some sneak peeks as well.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. In the past, the majority of weddings receive an estimate of 1000-2500 photos. This includes all photos in color and black and white!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
When it comes to payment, I require a 10% down-payment of your chosen package, and then I am paid the other 90% by the day or wedding/session date. I provide payment plan options for all of couples because my philosophy is that beautiful photos should not be seen as a financial burden. I accept payments via cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, + Credit via Pixieset. Any additional financial questions or concerns can be discussed during our consultation chat!
No sweat! It’s my goal to make my sessions feel as natural and relaxed as possible. My solution is to make sure my clients are comfortable with me first. During the session, I will provide plenty of direction to ensure you are comfortable and almost always moving around!
