    Personality Photography

    From our first Zoom call with Jovan, we felt like her desire to be an integral part of our wedding story.     Photographer Recommendation

    Javon was an absolute pleasure to work with for both our engagement shoot and wedding photography. From the start, she took the time to really understand our vision and came back with thoughtful location options that brought it to life. What stood out most was her range and cultural fluency. She was clearly experienced in photographing interracial couples and families, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and authentically represented in every shot. She was punctual every time, often arriving early to set up and scout the light before we even got there. That kind of reliability made the whole experience stress-free.     If you need a photographer, we highly recommend Jovan! She was our wedding photographer at The Milltop in Noblesville, and she went above and beyond to capture every important moment with incredible attention to detail. She has SO much energy, the whole day she was just go-go-go without ever making it feel stressful or rushed, and somehow she made posing feel easy! Honestly, because of her, our day just flowed, nothing felt chaotic, even though weddings can be a lot.     Our Love Story in Bloom, by Jovan

    It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our experience with Jovan was! From the start, she took the time to truly listen to our vision and understand our story. We wanted our engagement photos to capture our love story in bloom among the spring tulips, and she brought that vision to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. When we ran into a last-minute hiccup with our original location, Jovan immediately jumped in with alternative suggestions, and we are so grateful she did. The setting ended up being perfect—better than the original location, and the way she tells a story through her photography is simply incredible. Every image captured not just how we looked, but how we felt in that moment. Beyond her talent, Jovan is so fun (lots of laughs), engaging, and easy to work with. She made the entire experience feel natural and memorable. There is truly no one better to trust with your most important moments. The Essentials comes with a discount engagement. Both the heirloom and the keepsake come with a complimentary engagement session. All engagement sessions are weekdays only. It is a great way to work together, get to know one another, and become acquainted before your wedding day. Yes, you can always bring your furry family member!
Absolutely! I welcome all!
There are no additional travel fees for wedding travel within 3 hours of Indianapolis, Indiana. My travel fees for out-of-state and international destination weddings are very reasonable. Clients will cover for: Round Trip ticket to the destination area. lodging Rental car if needed
For engagement sessions, you can expect to have your photos back in 2-3 weeks, and 6-9 weeks for weddings.
Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I do have a few recommendations if you are needing one.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you can view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
