Kokate Events is led by a husband-and-wife team known for crafting refined, culturally rich celebrations with effortless sophistication. Merging impeccable design instincts with flawless execution, they create elevated experiences that honor tradition while embracing modern elegance. With a reputation for calm expertise and an unwavering commitment to detail, they transform each client’s story into a beautifully curated, unforgettable event. With several unique aspects to Kokate Events, we:

1. We only take one event per day. 2. We don’t use a B-Team. You will meet your Planner before booking our services and that person will attend your event. 3. We have a full design and manufacturing house with the ability to design custom invitations, wedding websites, florals, dresses, and more. 4. Our pricing is always all-inclusive of our planning & design services so no service fees, tax, gratuity, etc. 5. Most of our partnerships offer unlimited meetings on-site or virtual (based on availability). 6. 20% of our weddings are international so we can curate an event for you anywhere!

    AJ and Beth were absolute magic!

    AJ and Beth were absolute magic when it came to planning! They were super reliable and chill, and they totally transformed the venue into a breathtaking wonderland. They had an eye for detail and were incredibly creative. From the gorgeous floral arrangements to the awesome playlist, everything was exactly how we wanted it. They were also great at anticipating our needs and handling any last-minute changes, so the day went off without a hitch. Our guests were blown away.
