Our team brings together unique wedding-day “super powers.” Leela (Owner & Lead Coordinator) is a wedding professional with over a decade of experience curating large-scale events and five years in the wedding industry. Brenda (Coordinator & Decor) brings the artistic vision and a keen eye for detail, backed by three years of wedding experience. Amber (Hair Stylist & Assistant Coordinator) contributes two decades of cosmetology expertise alongside three years in event coordination. Julia (Coordinator) is a master wedding coordinator with three years of wedding industry experience, known for her precision and calm presence.

Amazing Team!
From start to finish, Leela at Spruced Up Designs was a dream to work with. She made herself available whenever we had questions and truly listened to what we wanted for our day. On the wedding day itself, she kept reassuring us and made sure my mom and I felt calm and taken care of. Leela and her team brought our vision to life in ways we couldn't have imagined on our own. Everything came together perfectly, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it all was. We highly recommend Spruced Up Designs to any couple planning their wedding.

The Perfect, Stress-Free Experience!
To be quite honest, our initial search for a day-of-coordinator was out of necessity because our venue required a planner or day-of-coordinator. But after how amazing of a job Leela did and how she treated us coming up to the wedding and also on the day. We are so grateful that we booked with Leela and the Spruced Up team. Leela's communication was extremely clear and instant, and "instant" in NOT an exaggeration. Whenever we had a logistic question or even asked for some planning/decorating advice, she was extremely prompt and helpful. Due to the nature of our timeline, Leela and her team only had a couple hours to decorate our entire venue. She told us it won't be a problem, and we trusted her. When we entered our fully decorated venue for the first time, we were absolutely stunned. Leela took all our instructions and executed them perfectly. The venue looked exactly, if not better than how we imagined/planned. Leela also made sure the whole day stayed on time, but didn't stress out when things would go slightly not as planned. She would calmly adjust to the situation as needed. Everyone also treated us so kindly on the day as to keep us as stress free as possible. Also, for a very reasonable additional fee, Leela's team also tears down and packs everything up at the end of the night. We would HIGHLY recommend this add-on because the last thing you want to do after your big day is to clean and pack... Leela made our night organized, beautiful, stress-free, easy, and PERFECT. On top of all that, we found her pricing is extremely competitive. We can't recommend Spruced Up Designs enough!

Best team to have for your wedding day!
Working with Spruced Up Designs was an absolute must for our wedding day. From our first conversation, Leela was prompt, detailed, and incredibly organized in her communication. Her attention to every aspect of the wedding planning process was evident in the high-quality, personalized service they provided. When I didn't have menus ready, they quickly stepped in, designed, ordered, and picked them up - all before I even knew there was an issue. Leela and Brenda's kindness, efficiency, and eye for detail made them invaluable partners in creating our dream wedding day. I don't know what I would have done without them by my side, and I highly recommend Spruced Up Designs to any couple planning their special day. Also the handmade arbor was such a great touch to our ceremony!

Above and beyond!!!
Leela and her team at Spruced up Designs were amazing!! They totally helped make our day as smooth and relaxing as possible. The team setup all our decor as envisioned, kept us on track and put on so many fires throughout the day. Leela was great to work with leading up to our day as well, she helped ease so much of our anxiety and was always thoughtful and reassuring. She truly went above and beyond for us, even jumping in to fix my bustle when it broke! Our family and friends are still telling us how fantastic Leela and her team were. We truly can’t recommend Spruced Up Designs enough!

Amazing Coordinator
Leela was fantastic! She was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and made sure our day ran perfectly. She handled everything with such care—helping set up, keeping everything on schedule, and even taking care of clean-up afterward. Our day truly wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who goes above and beyond!
