Do not work with Traci
Our experience with Traci was the most stressful and unpleasant part of our wedding process. The initial set up in the online portal that she sent was confusing and when we asked for clarification and for a clearer timeline of what we needed to do by when, we received a reply with a different set of instructions and a timeline that included due dates 2 months after our wedding date. When we replied, correcting the date and asking for a time to discuss our concerns, we received multiple additional sets of instructions that did not align. We had hoped to express our concerns and repair our working relationship, but when we connected, Traci was not receptive to our feedback and said that she had used a new AI feature and wouldn’t use it again, but reassured us that she double checked everything, which was obviously not the case. She was confusing to talk to, she spoke in circles, didn’t recognize that she had sent us different sets of instructions. Traci said it was the first time she had used the AI feature, but there is an article on her website from 2022 where she advocated for using AI in the wedding planning process. We decided that it would be best to part ways because we did not trust her or that she would do her job effectively. When we tried to set up a phone call to part ways, we received a reply that if we were trying to end our services that we would still be required to pay the full amount. It had been less than 2 weeks since we decided to work with her and the event was over 2 months away. She said that the contract bound us to pay the full amount regardless of if we used her services. We told her we just wanted to part ways amicably, but she said that no matter what we would need to pay her in full, despite the fact that from our point of view, her end of the contract was broken by her not effectively doing her job and increasing our stress level with confusing information. Traci’s practices are unethical, unkind, and unprofessional. Do not go with Traci.
I had no idea how much work they do
Graceful Weddings And Events Llc. were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. Traci and Esther are seriously the best wedding planners we could have asked for - they were hard-working, professional, and handled everything so perfectly. I had no idea how much actual work goes into planning a wedding, but they took care of it all seamlessly. Their communication was outstanding, and they provided such creative and unique touches that made our day truly priceless. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, as they were with us every step of the way for over a year. Their services were worth every penny and then some.

Graceful Weddings And Events Llc. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication style was super responsive, and the quality of their work was truly professional, valuable, honest, and transparent. Traci and her team were amazing - they put everything together seamlessly and saved our wedding day. When my wife's maid of honor accidentally left the wedding veil at the hotel, Traci's assistant sprang into action, getting an Uber and rushing the veil to the church, delaying the ceremony by only 11 minutes. Traci knew my wife couldn't walk down the aisle without it, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She's not just a wedding planner, she's a true professional who gets things done. I can't recommend Graceful Weddings And Events highly enough. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Traci was throughout the entire process. She was there every time we needed her. Absolutely no restrictions on phone calls, meetings messages, whether in person or not. She actually truly cares about her clients and does not make commission off of any venues or vendors in fact, quite the opposite, she is a master at negotiation and that’s how you can tell that she’s in this Because it’s her passion. She goes way above and beyond for all of her clients and I could tell by working with her throughout the process for the entire year along that we worked with Traci. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! I would recommend her to anyone I know having any type of event!
