    Amanda at HEI Events made our wedding day stress-free from start to finish. Her communication was lightning fast throughout the planning process, so we never felt left hanging with questions or concerns. On the actual day, she orchestrated everything seamlessly—coordinating all our vendors, confirming setup locations, and keeping us on schedule so I could actually enjoy getting married instead of worrying about logistics. Amanda took complete ownership of our timeline and made sure every detail ran like clockwork.     Amazing, 11/10, best humans ever

    We cannot recommend this team enough! We worked with Amanda and Sarah during the planning process, and Sarah and Joanne were our day-of coordinators. Every single person we interacted with was wonderful, but Sarah truly went above and beyond. Sarah was our main point of contact throughout the planning process, and she was incredibly thorough, organized, patient, understanding, and helpful every step of the way. She answered every question we had, thought through every detail, and always made us feel confident that everything was under control. As the wedding day approached, there were the inevitable last-minute changes and all the chaos that comes with the day before a wedding, but Sarah handled everything so seamlessly that I never felt stressed. She took so much off my plate and allowed me to actually enjoy the excitement leading up to our wedding. More than just an amazing coordinator, Sarah felt like a true friend throughout the entire process. She genuinely cared about us, celebrated alongside us, and made us feel supported every step of the way. She is not only exceptional at what she does, but she is also an incredible human being. I truly can't say enough good things about her, and we feel so lucky to have had her by our side. On the wedding day, Sarah and Joanne were absolutely incredible. They kept everything running smoothly, stayed on top of the timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors, and made the entire day feel completely seamless. Their calm, reassuring presence meant we never had to worry about what was happening next—we could simply be present and enjoy every moment. What impressed us most was how effortlessly they handled all of the unexpected little mishaps that inevitably happen on a wedding day. From a broken bustle to dress issues and other small hiccups behind the scenes, they were always one step ahead. Every time something came up, they jumped in immediately, found a solution, and made it seem like it was never a problem in the first place. We barely even had a chance to worry because they had already taken care of it. That level of professionalism, quick thinking, and attention to detail is truly priceless on such an important day. Having Amanda, Sarah, and Joanne in our corner made all the difference. Their kindness, organization, expertise, and genuine care allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything was in the best hands. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be, and so much of that is thanks to them. We are endlessly grateful for everything they did and wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking for coordinators who will make the entire experience—from planning through the last dance—feel effortless.

    MOH here - BLOWN AWAY!

    I was the maid of honor for my sister’s wedding coordinated by Amanda, and I was so impressed that I felt compelled to leave a review. Amanda and the HEI Events team were professional, exceptionally organized, and ensured the entire day ran seamlessly. Her calm, knowledgeable presence—and prompt follow-up whenever needed—made a huge difference! Having been part of many weddings, this was by far the smoothest I’ve experienced. Many other guests also commented on how seamlessly the transitions throughout the day felt.  Amanda and her team handled everything from start to finish, allowing the bridal party and family to relax and fully enjoy the day. My sister was also able to be completely present and stress-free, which allowed her to fully savor every moment of this special day. I was initially skeptical about hiring a coordinator, but after this experience, I see how essential the role is. Amanda went above and beyond in ways I hadn’t anticipated, providing peace of mind and allowing everyone to fully enjoy the occasion—which is truly priceless.  Thank you again, Amanda, for making my sister’s wedding unforgettable and enjoyable for all. I can’t recommend Amanda and her team highly enough—it will be the best investment you make in your wedding day. Though I'm from out of state, I would absolutely consider flying in Amanda to be my coordinator when I get married, if she'd be willing!

    Amanda made our dream wedding come true!!

    Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the wedding planning process—from recommending the right vendors to anticipating the smallest details guests will notice on the big day. She’s proactive, always comes prepared to vendor meetings, and often asks insightful questions we would have never thought of ourselves—ones that truly made a difference when the day arrived. Beyond her expertise, Amanda brings such a calm, reassuring presence to what can be a stressful process. She never makes you feel rushed or overwhelmed, and her organization skills are unmatched!!! She works seamlessly with every vendor and somehow still finds time to capture and notice special little moments amidst all the wedding-day chaos (it was so nice to look back on these moments while waiting for our full gallery). I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a planner they can fully trust—someone who genuinely listens, prioritizes your vision, and ensures every detail comes together beautifully.

It depends on the package you choose! For full or partial planning, we get involved right away. For day-of coordination, we typically step in about 1-2 months before the wedding. No matter the package, we’re always here to support you—and yes, you can text us anytime. We stay in touch throughout to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Yes! We have a trusted list of vendors we love and highly recommend. They’ve consistently delivered great service to our couples, and we’re confident you’ll love them too. That said, if you have your own vendors in mind, we’re happy to work with them as well!
Yes, we’re happy to assist with decor setup on the wedding day. However, decor should be kept minimal, as our primary focus will be on overall coordination and other key responsibilities. Extensive setup or elaborate installations will require a dedicated decor vendor.
Absolutely! We love working with couples to create a wedding experience that truly reflects their unique needs and vision. Everyone’s priorities are different, so we start with one of our base packages and build from there. Together, we’ll tailor the services to fit your day perfectly. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the level of customization.
Yes. Our team has extensive experience planning cultural and multicultural weddings, including Chinese tea ceremonies, Korean wedding traditions, and Filipino customs, among many others. We approach every cultural element with respect, care, and thoughtful coordination—working closely with our couples and families to honor traditions while seamlessly integrating them into the overall wedding experience. With our own multicultural roots, we’re passionate about honoring traditions and blending them seamlessly into your day.
