    Wedding day planner

    Working with HEI Events was such a smooth experience from start to finish. They communicated clearly with us throughout the entire planning process and always followed up promptly on any questions we had. What really stood out was how thoughtfully they listened to our vision and made sure every detail reflected what we wanted for our day. They coordinated all the moving parts seamlessly, which took so much stress off our shoulders. Despite having to make last-minute adjustments for to weather everyone had a great time! We'd absolutely recommend HEI Events to any couple looking for a planner who truly gets it.

    Worth Every Penny and More!

    From our first meeting with Amanda from HEI Events, we knew we had made the right choice. Amanda stayed in constant contact with us throughout the planning process, always ready to jump in and help whenever we needed it. What really set their team apart was how reassuring they were—they made the whole experience feel manageable and even enjoyable, which took so much stress off our shoulders. We looked forward to our check-ins with Amanda, and honestly, we miss having those touchpoints now that the wedding is over! It was also special that Josh, the owner's husband, served as our assistant coordinator on the day itself—we had met him at our engagement party, so it felt like having a friend there making sure everything ran smoothly. HEI Events paid attention to every detail and their support was truly invaluable in making our wedding day everything we hoped for and so much more! We highly recommend Amanda and her team!

    More Than Just Our Wedding Planner!

    We couldn’t recommend Amanda/HEI Events enough! From the very beginning, she kept us in check, helped us stay on top of all the little details, and made sure everything we envisioned for our wedding came to life. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but having a team that truly listened to us, supported our ideas, and understood our vision made such a huge difference. We always felt like Amanda had our backs and were just as invested in making our day special as we were. Amanda initiated most of our vendor calls, kept us on track throughout the planning process, and made sure we weren’t straying too far from our budget (we were just stubborn). They were always there to help us make decisions, keep things moving, and bring our ideas to life without ever making us feel like we had to compromise on what we wanted. What started as a planner/coordinator relationship honestly turned into something more, she became an extra friend we made along the way (which we knew would happen from the first meeting!) We’re so grateful for all the support, patience, and care Amanda gave us throughout the entire process. We truly couldn’t have done it without HEI Events! :) 3

It depends on the package you choose! For full or partial planning, we get involved right away. For day-of coordination, we typically step in about 1-2 months before the wedding. No matter the package, we’re always here to support you—and yes, you can text us anytime. We stay in touch throughout to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Yes! We have a trusted list of vendors we love and highly recommend. They’ve consistently delivered great service to our couples, and we’re confident you’ll love them too. That said, if you have your own vendors in mind, we’re happy to work with them as well!
Yes, we’re happy to assist with decor setup on the wedding day. However, decor should be kept minimal, as our primary focus will be on overall coordination and other key responsibilities. Extensive setup or elaborate installations will require a dedicated decor vendor.
Absolutely! We love working with couples to create a wedding experience that truly reflects their unique needs and vision. Everyone’s priorities are different, so we start with one of our base packages and build from there. Together, we’ll tailor the services to fit your day perfectly. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the level of customization.
