Hi, I'm Katie! Nice to meet you! KT Does Events is rooted in heritage and heart. Beyond logistics, we help you hold onto your purpose for celebrating so you can stay present in the feeling while we take care of the rest. We specialize in multicultural weddings by guiding you through the nuances of culture, family dynamics, and blending customs with care, respect, and intention. One of our goals is to help you create meaningful memories that honor your heritage while complementing your overall wedding vision. Bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences has always been our way of storytelling.
My background in cancer research and recruiting has shaped my understanding of people's need for connection and changed my perspective on why celebrations are essential to life's joy. I've seen how much marking life's milestones matters at pivotal moments, and that understanding shapes how I approach every couple's emotional experience, not just their logistics.

Best wedding coordinator
We booked Katie as our coordinator for our wedding in Oregon last year and it was the best decision. She was always on top of everything even though she was helping us plan from out of state. She saw our vision right away and helped us bring that to life the day of. We got to enjoy our wedding thanks to her help!

Best wedding planner!!
Katie was the best wedding planner we could’ve hoped for! She was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were working within a budget and she was able to make our intimate wedding possible! Katie helped us from the very beginning with choosing our venue to being our day of coordinator. Our wedding went very smoothly and on time. In addition, she created all the floral arrangements for our wedding and tea ceremony! Everything was beautiful! She made our dreams come true and we are so happy to have worked with Katie!
