    Exceeded our expectations

    My husband and I hosted our wedding ceremony, reception, and ceremony rehearsal at the Fountain Blue Memorial Day Weekend. We could not have asked for a better venue and team for our special day. John went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect - answering my endless questions, accommodating our allergy list flawlessly, being adaptable to last minute changes and being communicative. We used the tent garden for our ceremony and cocktail hour which was beautiful. Plenty of space for our 200 guests. Our reception was in the Versailles ballroom which has a stunning gold ornate design. I cannot recommend this venue enough for those looking to host their next wedding or event.

    Fountain Blue Banquets & Conference Center made our wedding day so special from start to finish. John and Connie were always available and responsive whenever we had questions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, so we hardly had to decorate ourselves. We'd recommend Fountain Blue 10/10 we had such a great time.

    Great venue!

    We'd like to thank John and the staff at Fountain Blue for making our special day truly wonderful! Throughout the whole process John was patient with all our many questions, and was responsive to answering them. We received so many compliments about the food. Our hats off to the chef and kitchen staff! We felt like we got a very good value for what we received.

    September 20th Wedding

    Our wedding at Fountain Blue Banquets exceeded every expectation. Connie is such a gem. She handled every question, concern or request with so much patience and care. Not to mention the communication with her was absolutely amazing and consistent. I never had to worry about her getting back to me. She played such a huge role in making our wedding day seamless, unforgettable, and most importantly stress free. The food was outstanding and our guests raved about it nonstop. Seriously, the best food I had at a wedding. And I’m glad it happened to be mine. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Fountain Blue Banquets to any couple planning their perfect day. Thank you Connie and everyone at Fountain Blue.

    From the moment we reached out to the team at Fountain Blue Banquets & Conference Center, their communication was efficient and fast. They were incredibly accommodating, meeting our every need and helping us every step of the way in planning our special day. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. Our guests raved about the elegant decor and delicious food. We are so grateful to Fountain Blue for helping make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $20 per bottle for wine and liquor.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens
Your reservation includes five and one half or six hours from start to finish. This is not including the time it takes our staff to set up or clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $15 per person per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is located 2.5 miles away from O'Hare International Airport in Chicago Illinois. You can reach our venue by Uber, Lyft, taxi, or private car.
No, our venue is fully insured. But, personal wedding insurance is highly recommended. This is in the event of unexpected financial losses resulting from various circumstances, including unexpected illness, cancellation, etc.
