Our traditional wedding package features an inclusive per person four course meal, 4 1/2 hour open bar, unlimited wine service during dinner and a custom designed wedding cake! All linens, centerpiece flowers and full service staff with wedding coordinator is also included. You will have exclusive rights to the venue for the day and full availability for wedding photography on the grounds. We can customize anything and look forward to working with you!

Book them!!!
We got married at Bartlett Hills Golf Club in April 2026 and had the BEST experience with them. Bartlett has really great staff, amazing flexibility, and a world of experience making a wedding day run smoothly. We felt taken care of every step of the way, like our requests were taken seriously and easy for them to accommodate (including serious guest allergies, changing the start/end time, having signature drinks, bringing in our own sweets for a sweets table, etc). Our guests were telling us all night how much they loved the staff and bartenders. Evan, the manager who has been doing weddings for over a decade, made us feel so taken care of, and made the day run as smoothly as it possibly could. He worked with us and our vision for the day, and made me feel appreciated for the organizing and planning we did before the wedding. Zac, the assistant manager, was so kind and thoughtful--he went out of his way to compliment little things that we did for our guests and I felt so touched and seen as a bride. We also loved the transparent pricing (their packages are on their website for anyone to see, even without a tour), the lack of hidden fees, the clear communication, and the incredibly generous off season package. The contract was simple, easy to understand, and fair. We knew exactly what was expected of us, what we were getting, when we were expected to pay/give final counts, what we were getting, and how to request any changes. And it constantly felt like Evan and the team were working with us to make our day special, and never like we were a bother. Bartlett Hills also handles all of the set up, take down, staffing, catering, real flowers for the centerpieces, and even the cake (partnered with a local bakery). We didn't have to worry about any logistics except for photo/video, music, and getting our decor to the venue. They even solved problems we hadn't considered/known about--the attention to detail was incredible! It was such an easy day and I'm so grateful to the team at Bartlett Hills for letting us focus on celebrating with our loved ones.

Wonderful Wedding Venue
We loved having our wedding at Bartlett Hills Golf club! I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here. Evan and the staff go above and beyond to make your day easy and extra special, down to the fine details. We got nothing but compliments about the beauty of the venue and the taste of the food. Great price for the services offered!

From our first conversation with Bartlett Hills Golf Club, the team responded to every question within hours and provided thorough answers that covered all our concerns. On our wedding day, they handled all the setup so my spouse and I could focus on taking photos and spending time with our loved ones instead of worrying about logistics. The rustic elegance of the space created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and their attention to detail showed in every corner of the venue. The staff stayed on top of everything and made sure our day ran smoothly from start to finish. We felt completely supported throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Bartlett Hills Golf Club truly made our wedding stress-free and beautiful.

The best choice we made for our wedding.
Bartlett Hills Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we started planning, their communication was easy, responsive, and extremely helpful. The venue is a beautiful location with an all-inclusive package that made the entire process stress-free. The food was amazing and all of the staff, especially the event coordinator, were so nice and helpful - I didn't have to worry about a single detail and could just focus on enjoying our special day. Bartlett Hills went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect.

Highly Recommend!
The entire team at Bartlett Hills is excellent! Evan, the event coordinator, was so easy to work with to plan the details of our wedding and answered all of our questions about the planning process. The entire staff present the day of our wedding were very helpful and accommodating and helped make our day low stress. We and our guests had so much fun. We would highly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone looking for an inclusive venue with great food and great service!
