Unexpected splendor inside the last & largest door on the block at Fulton + Bell.

Boasting a combined available 15,000 square feet across the building’s ceremony + reception area and adjacent mezzanines + dressing lounges, Fairlie provides tables + seating for up to 250 guests with an additional 10 cocktail tables available for use. Its interior space juxtaposes warm, exposed-brick walls, raw steel, and marbled concrete accents, creating a modern, yet timeless atmosphere.

Description

Our wedding rental package includes access to the space from 2p - 1:30am for all set up, event and breakdown needs. The space is staffed by a venue manager as well as security personnel at the door. Our rental also includes tables and seating for up to 250 (25 tables + 250 chairs) as well as 10 cocktail tables for the space.     We recently had our wedding at Fairlie and it was a dream come true. We toured 13 venues and knew Fairlie was the one almost immediately after walking in. Andria is an absolute angel and a Godsend. Not only is she so kind, but she was instrumental in cultivating our perfect day. Referrals, ideas- you name it. I referenced the "Real Fun" album and their instagram non-stop for ideas and inspiration. What an incredible resource! The venue is beautiful. It always smells nice. The team is amazing. You can make it as cozy or as "big wedding" as you want! We went for giant dinner party vibes and even put up a gallery wall in the loft area. You can't go wrong at Fairlie!

    We could not say enough about Fairlie! The venue is so well kept, and Andria Alexis made the planning experience seamless. They have great recommendations for vendors and have close relationships with many. This made for an easy set up and break down on the day of. Additionally, having free parking available for our guests on the wedding day was great and hard to find in Chicago. I could go on but you would be lucky to have your wedding at Fairlie!

    We were so lucky to be able to have our wedding reception at Fairlie back in September of 2019. We got engaged in April 2019 and decided we wanted to get married the same year. When we realized there was no way we were going to be find a venue that checked most of the items on our wishlist, we got discouraged. Then we heard about this new venue that technically wasn't open yet but would be ready by the summer. As soon as we walking into Fairlie we knew this had to be our venue. It was somehow exactly what were looking for! The venue completely changes as you live from day to night, super airy and bright during the day and dark and romantic in the evening. We consider ourselves so lucky to have been able to work with Nicole. She is very knowledgeable and great resource to bounce fun ideas off of. Nicole and Alexis really care about the venue and it shows. No little detail is forgotten. They have customizable lighting, a beautiful built in bar, rooms to get ready in. They even allowed our small dog to be there to take some pictures.
