About this venue

This 7,500 square foot lofty gem is nestled in the heart of the West Loop. The architecture is both modern and tasteful, showcasing both Venetian plaster and exposed brick walls, alongside marble slab bars harmonizing texture with elegance. Each of its two floors is impeccably decorated equipped with a full bar. The main floor, located on the third floor of the building, features a commercial-grade kitchen. The top floor features a stunning floor to ceiling retractable glass wall that vanishes to reveal the seamless flow between their indoor cocktail area and their outdoor terrace space. Their selection of lounge furniture, dining tables, and interior decor provides clients with an endless amount of arrangements to choose from. The flexibility of the space makes the venue suitable for private parties, fundraisers, corporate events (both intimate and large scale), and weddings. The venue can be rented in its entirety or each floor separately.

    Loft Lucia was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the perfect fit. Rebecca, the general manager, was incredibly responsive, organized, and professional throughout the entire planning process. She provided great recommendations for other vendors to work with and really helped us bring our vision to life. The venue itself is so intimate and cozy, with beautiful natural lighting that made our photos look stunning. We loved being able to host our ceremony outdoors on the terrace - it was the perfect backdrop for our fall wedding. The reception space felt so warm and inviting for our 90 guests, with an authentic Chicago loft feel that was exactly what we were going for. Loft Lucia truly exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a beautiful space. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an intimate, gorgeous setting for their wedding!

    We loved having our wedding at Loft Lucia! The space is beautiful, the rooftop is absolutely stunning, and the on-site kitchen made things so easy for our caterer. Rebecca was great to work with—super responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. She was especially helpful when we had a last-minute change and needed to add a guest to our setup; she handled it quickly and with no stress. The whole experience was seamless, and we’re so glad we chose Loft Lucia for our big day.

    We absolutely loved getting married at Loft Lucia on Saturday, July 27th! We had our ceremony and reception on-site inside and our cocktail hour upstairs on the rooftop for 70 guests. The space is incredible and is gorgeous in both the daylight, with tons of natural light, and at night (the lighting was perfect with just candles)! Rebecca and the Loft Lucia team made the entire process easy, and were very responsive and always extremely helpful. We are so happy with our decision and could not recommend Loft Lucia more!     Loft Lucia was our perfect venue. We found it through Zola initially and immediately fell in love. We knew we wanted to get married in Chicago but wanted something different and more unique! They were responsive to our initial inquiry and we booked it before ever touring it. The pictures are exactly what you get and ours was a perfect fay
