Terrace & The Overlook
Large event space with warm design elements, excellent lighting, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the winery space.
Guests will enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking our winery and production space, as well as Clark Street. A unique skylight and warm design fixtures provide excellent, airy lighting throughout. Lounge spaces overlooking the winery provide inviting areas for seating near our warm fireplace. This space is adjacent to our dedicated four-season outdoor terrace for events. Perfect year round and can be used no matter the midwest weather.

The most perfect venue - can we run it back?
From the moment we started planning with Chicago Winery, the entire team made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. Everyone's communication was clear and fast through their portal - and when we were assigned Chris as our primary, he answered our questions right away and went above and beyond as our day-of planner. Chris set up our decor exactly how we envisioned it, kept our drinks flowing, and made sure we actually got to eat and try all the appetizers (something we know doesn't always happen at weddings!). The food was incredible, and we had plenty of space to move between the main room and terrace all night long which I know our guests appreciated (especially those who didn't find themselves on the dance floor all night). The next day, I heard only positives about the food and the venue - entrees were actually good, drinks were strong, people were full and well fed (between cocktail hour, dinner, late night snack, and dessert), and the space was stunning. Chris anticipated what we needed before we even asked and treated us like VIPs the entire evening - it was absolutely magical. We can't thank him and the Chicago Winery team enough for making our day feel so special. Recommend 10/10 Chicago Winery - and ask for Chris!

Chicago Winery, what a great decision.
Our experience with Chicago Winery exceeded any expectations we had. We had never planned a wedding before, so we really leaned on CW and the wedding coordinator Chris to help guide us in our decision making. Chris was so prompt and thorough in every response leading up to the wedding, and so on top of everything the day of that we were able to truly just enjoy the day with zero stress. We chose CW because it is a turnkey venue- nearly everything is included- which means fewer vendors to track, fewer decisions to make, and overall just an easier planning experience. It is also a stunning venue without an ounce of decor brought in, which saved a lot of floral and other decor. They worked with us to create a day that reflected our vision, despite it being less traditional (cocktail style dinner, no assigned seats, dancing before and after dinner), and it worked seamlessly! The food and drinks were wonderful, but that was the least of our worries as we had heard great reviews from previous wedding guests at CW. Overall, we felt very taken care of and our primary goal of throwing a great party for our guests and a day that we will always remember (and truly were able to experience) for ourselves was accomplished. I think not every couple is able to sit back and enjoy their wedding day, and I largely credit Chicago Winery’s team and expertise for allowing us to have the best weekend ever.

Amazing Venue!
If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, look no further than Chicago Winery! We truly cannot recommend this venue enough. The entire team made us feel so cared for. We were especially blown away by our event manager, Hulda. From the very first time we met with her, she answered all of our questions and gave us all the reassurance that we needed. On the day of the wedding, she completely exceeded our expectations—our day was absolutely perfect because of her! Aside from the incredible service, the food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were amazing! Our guests had a blast. We are so grateful to Hulda and the whole staff for making our dream day come to life. Definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning their big day!

The best decision
We had the most amazing experience with Chicago Winery. I’m so thankful for Jenn for all her help!! (A day of coordinator is included which was super awesome for my type B self). She knew what we needed before we even did. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. The food and drinks were amazing. I think that’s the best wedding food/drinks I’ll ever have (and our guests had so many compliments as well)!

Choose Chicago Winery!
From the very beginning of our venue search, Chicago Winery felt different. We could immediately tell that their attention to service was a priority and that they truly cared about our day — we never felt like just another booking. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous — elegant, warm, and perfectly located in the heart of downtown. Having everything be all-inclusive made the experience even better. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned, and from the first tour to the tasting event to our final walkthrough, we consistently felt like VIPs. Chris, our day-of venue coordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. He was always ten steps ahead, incredibly organized, and so wonderful to work with. We truly felt like we were in the best hands with him — his calm presence, communication and attention to detail made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team!
