I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and affordable coordinating a party of 150 with this team. We didnt want a traditional reception, so we had a party with small bites and an open bar. The view is obviously amazing, but the decor and the vibe is also unbeatable. The food was great, the service made me feel special. They accommodated our needs, but the place is pretty plug and play. I highly recommend.

Yes, parking is available at the pier including self park options at the posted rate, or valet parking is available at validated rates. Parking contracts can also be created in advance for your event.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the entrance, multiple accessible bathrooms, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, as well as a fire safe room upstairs in the space should guests not be able to use the elevators.

Your food and beverage minimum spend includes: - round/rectangle/square tables, 145 wood chairs, 21 highboys, 4 couches and 20 side chairs plus ottomans - white china, glassware for tables and bar, flatware, bread baskets, buffet equipment, coffee station equipment - green room - full staffing - security

We are a full service bar and restaurant, so we can provide any food and beverage needs for you.

November - April

We make pricing easy & don't charge a “venue fee” like most Chicago event spaces - cost is a simple food and beverage minimum that you will need to meet covering all equipment, staff, etc. Saturday from May - October for a wedding ceremony and reception requires a food & beverage minimum spend of $65,000 on Saturdays and $55,000 on Fridays/Sundays (non-inclusive of a 25% service charge and taxes). For dates in April/November and December, your f&b minimum spend would be to $45,000 (Sat) or $40,000 (Fri/Sun). January - March f&b requirements go down to $35,000 for Fri/Sat and $30,000 on Sundays.
