Peonies & Prosecco Events is a Downtown Chicago and Chicagoland boutique wedding planning and coordination team known for chic, elegant celebrations and calm, polished execution. We also serve the Rhode Island Market as well. We bring equal parts style and structure—clear timelines, thoughtful details, and steady guidance—so you feel supported throughout the process and fully present on wedding day. The result is a celebration that looks beautiful, feels like you, and flows effortlessly.

Peonies & Prosecco is for couples who want to feel genuinely supported—not managed. We’re personable and hands-on, so it feels like planning with a good friend (who happens to be chic, organized, and on top of every detail) while you stay present and enjoy every moment.

For couples who want expert support without full-service planning, this package keeps your wedding organized, on budget, and beautifully designed—and helps bring your vision to life from first ideas to final details. The package also includes 10-12 hours of day-of-coordination.

We also offer a la carte services to support you wherever you need it—like venue search, invitation design, wedding website creation, RSVP tracking, gathering vendor proposals, dog handling, to name a few. Inquire about your needs.

If you want to elope but don’t know where to start, I’ve got you. I’ll coordinate every detail—from helping you choose the right location and securing the required permits and paperwork, to building your timeline, confirming you’re in the right place at the right time, and finding and managing your vendors (officiant, photographer, florals, hair and makeup, and more). You get a simple, stress-free experience, and you can focus on the fun part.

Designed for coordination —we meet to finalize details, take over vendor communication about three weeks out, and finalize your wedding-day timeline. On the day, we provide 10-12 hours of onsite support to manage and maintain the timeline, handle unexpected issues, serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, assist with personal décor setup, and oversee marriage license handling—so everything you planned is executed seamlessly.

    You need a coordinator, and it should be Morgan.

    Morgan was nothing short of incredible. We truly cannot picture our wedding day without her. From the moment we brought her aboard our wedding journey, about 90 days before our big day, we felt a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders. She instantly started getting in contact with all of our hired vendors & helped us keep up with the constant questions from them. Both my wife & I have terrible adhd so her organizing skills were a godsend. About 30 days before our wedding she joined us for a walkthrough with our caterer & the venue staff. She came prepared with helpful questions and took incredible notes on everything for us. She made a detailed timeline for the big day & made sure everyone involved with the wedding had a copy as well. The week before she was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were on top of everything we needed to be, checking in on our nerves and always lending a helping hand when needed. It was such a relief to have someone in our corner at that time when stresses were at their highest. Morgan was stellar making sure our officiant & wedding party were prepared at our rehearsal and kept us in time with the short window the venue gave us. But the day of is where Morgan truly shined. Whether it was the little things like making sure the bride had her Dunkin order in her suite, to personally washing & plating our decorative fruit, or making sure no random uncle or cousin was bothering us for too long while trying to eat dinner. Or the BIG things like fighting tooth & nail to make sure our seating chart was in the reception hall like planned instead of the ceremony space when the venue made up a rule that it couldn’t be, to promptly helping have some unruly guests removed, to making sure every decoration was packed & stowed in under an hour. She made our wedding day so smooth & unforgettable, I don’t know how we would have survived the day without her. We started with Peonies & Prosecco Event Coordination but left with Morgan, a lifelong friend.

    The best planner ever!

    Morgan was an invaluable part of our vendor team and helped us create the most perfect day we could’ve never done on our own! Morgan sprang into action immediately after we hired her and instantly started taking over our communication with vendors. She helped us so much and we had absolutely nothing to stress about knowing that she was there to answer any questions we had. Morgan goes above and beyond for her clients and creates true relationships and friendships! She also is always available and responds quickly. Working with Morgan is so easy and she takes so much stress off of such a stressful time! Without Morgan, our day could not have been the magical fairytale that it was!

I do not! I focus all of my time on one wedding a day to ensure that my couple gets me and my support from the moment they book through the end of their special day.
Depending on timeline, DIY, responsibilities, etc. I will have one assistant or more if the work load depends on it.
It varies per package for "structured" timing however I make myself available at any time from the moment the agreement is signed.
While I do not plan showers. I am available to help plan rehearsal dinners and any other events for a al a cart additional price.
I do not. However, I have a list of vendor recommendations that I can share that I have worked with in the past and have had a great experience with.
