Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh, better known as The Hearty Boys, have been trend setting Chicago caterers since 1999. They are the authors of “Talk with Your Mouth Full” and “The New Old Bar”, they were the original winners of Search for the Next Food Network Star and hosts of Food Network’s Party Line with The Hearty Boys. In their 26 years on Chicago’s food scene they have also owned and operated 3 restaurants. Their Michelin recommended restaurant HEARTY was much lauded for its” inspired and deft twists on iconic dishes”.
