We are a full service Chicago catering company with over 15 years of experience, specializing in a wide array of culinary expressions. We service all types of events including weddings, social, corporate, and non-profits. We offer full dinner service, bar services, interactive dinner stations, late-night snacks, and brunch menus. We have an expansive selection of menus for you to choose from, including Latin & American Fusion, Traditional Mexican, Taco Bar, and Italian.
We totally get that planning a wedding can be crazy stressful, right? We've put in tons of effort to make our process super clear and easy, with straightforward pricing ( including rentals) and awesome communication skills. Our goal? To make booking one of your big wedding expenses as stress-free as possible!

The Best Wedding Menu You Will Ever Eat
My husband and I knew the moment after our tasting that Cocina Fusion was going to cater our wedding. Apart from the food being delicious and flavorful, Juliana and her team go above and beyond to bring your wedding vision to life with amazing menu options that truly accommodate everyone (like a very picky Mother of the Bride who was won over by our menu choices) and provide world-class hospitality. Working with them is a dream and I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a bride, I felt so taken care of most importantly- FULL- the bride's gotta eat! After our February 2026 wedding, we were still getting messages about our food being the best wedding food our guests had ever eaten which really says something when the message is unanimous. I can't sing their praises enough. Jump at the chance to book this team, you will not be disappointed!

Clean Plates
Cocina Fusion was an amazing catering choice for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was responsive, clear, and easy to work with. Cindy, the lead coordinator, was a powerhouse who ensured everything went smoothly with food and beverages. During the wedding, her team was incredibly friendly and kind, making sure all of our guests were taken care of and got the delicious food they needed. The food itself was a standout for our guests! The Best!
Our wedding caterer was absolutely phenomenal—the best food we could have asked for at our Mexican-American wedding! Their menu had so many options and we were able to curate a menu that perfectly represented both of our cultures. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented, from the barbacoa sopesitos to the churro cart, everything was amazing. Our family and friends still rave about the food and we are so glad we worked with Cocina Fusion. Highly recommend and Cindy is amazing to work with!

We couldn't be happier with Cocina Fusion and the incredible service they provided for our wedding! The food was absolutely amazing--our guests are still raving about the taco bar. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Beyond the delicious food, the level of care and professionalism they brought to our day was unmatched. From bringing me a glass of Prosecco to help calm my nerves to stepping in to assist my mom when she got glass in her foot, Juliana truly went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Cindy for being so wonderful during our walk-through too. Her patience and guidance gave us so much confidence leading up to the big day. Cocina Fusion is more than just a catering company--they genuinely care about their clients and make every moment special. Literally a perfect caterer
Cindy and her team were so amazing to work with and provided fantastic food. All of our guests keep telling us its some of the best wedding food they have ever had, and we agree. They were so kind and flexible and made sure we were fed too!
