Endive Caesar Salad A crisp endive perfectly complemented by rich Caesar dressing, topped with Gardetto's and anchovies to lend a subtle umami depth.
Steak and Burrata Crostini Tender slices of steak, cooked to perfection and paired with creamy burrata and delicately placed on toasted crostini.
Delicate cod fillets, expertly seared to perfection, are paired with a luscious lemon beurre blanc sauce and fresh greens.
Our ricotta cheesecake with blueberry caviar, made from fresh a compote and transformed into spheres using a technique known as spherification.

    We lucked out working with Elite Events for our 64 person wedding. Our venue recommended them to us and we loved working with them! Chris & team understood our goal of prioritizing menu while still working within our budget. Our guests loved the food and the catering staff was excellent.
