Delicious Tacos!
When thinking of late night snacks on our wedding night, we knew we wanted tacos. We tasted tacos from several different food trucks and The Tamale Spaceship was by far the best food trucks for tacos. When we scheduled our tasting with them, we got to try so much that we took half home with us for leftovers. Each taco was so delicious, which didn’t make our decision easy when choosing three tacos. We decided to go with the Cochinita Pibil (Pork), Barbacoa (Beef), and Rajas Con Queso (Vegetarian) tacos and they certainly didn’t disappointment. Our guests raved about how delicious the tacos were and how it was one of the top highlights of the evening (especially since our wedding was at The Fairlie and the food trucks are able to pull directly into the venue). It is also important to know that they also offer nachos, tamale, and side options as well - the only reason why we didn’t choose any of those is because taco food trucks are one of the”our things.” All of the staff were extremely friendly and worked excellent with our other vendors to make our wedding day perfect.
Absolutely phenomenal!
Tamale Spaceship did such a great job with the food for our wedding! Jazmin was very responsive and worked closely with us to help make sure we could accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions, and the food itself was excellent! My spouse and I both love tacos, and these were some of the best tacos we've ever had in our lives! They also worked very well with our venue to get apps and dinner served quickly and efficiently while also making sure everything went smoothly. We also had a bunch of outside desserts brought in, and they did a great job presenting them and serving them during the dancing component of our night. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to everyone.

The Tamale Spaceship was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding catering. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, thorough, and kind. They clearly took great care in understanding our vision and preferences, and their execution was thoughtful, delicious, and well-organized. The Tamale Spaceship handled all the catering details seamlessly, working perfectly with our venue to ensure everything ran smoothly. They also went above and beyond to take care of us as the bride and groom, making sure we were well-fed and taken care of throughout the night. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience, and our guests raved about the incredible food. We highly recommend The Tamale Spaceship for any couple's wedding day.
Out of this world catering
Tamale Spaceship absolutely knocked it out of the park with their food, drinks, and service for our wedding. It was clear they put immense care and attention into our day. Also as someone who grew up eating Hispanic food, I can honestly say their dishes were some of the best I’ve ever had. And my mom, who has been cooking for decades and is famously critical of other people’s cooking, could not stop raving about the food. Latina mom stamp of approval. Their food was authentic and flavorful, and their service was personal and heartfelt. They even left us a handwritten card to congratulate us. So thoughtful, they went above and beyond. Gracias tanto Tamale Spaceship!!
