Hi I'm a Chicago-based wedding photographer with a documentary-inspired style. I'm focused on capturing the moments that actually happened, the ones with depth, emotion, and a little bit of everything in between. The laugh you didn't expect. The look across the room. The moments you didn't even know would end up being your favorites. I also believe beautiful wedding photography shouldn't have to break the bank, and I'm here to prove it.

On your wedding day, I'm not just there to take pictures. I'm by your side through the whole experience. Need a last-minute dress adjustment or an extra set of hands? I've got you. I'll also step in with guidance when you need it, so you never feel lost or unsure in front of the camera. My goal is to tell your story in a way that feels completely and honestly yours.

    She made our wedding look like art !

    Luz E. Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was quick and responsive, which was so helpful during the busy wedding planning process. The quality of their work was incredible - Luz made me and my family look so photogenic, even my mom loved the photos! She was so patient with my family's inability to follow direction and accommodated my request to get great shots without having to pull me away from the party. Luz had a great attitude, made light of the chaos, and worked within my budget rather than trying to convince me to add more time. I absolutely loved working with her and am so grateful for the beautiful photos that captured our special day.

    Luz is my superwoman

    I am very grateful to have had Luz with me at my wedding. She is not only a very very talented photographer but she’s a great person to have by your side all day.
