Includes: Unlimited consultations Venue scouting & vendor booking Budget management support Full design & theme development Detailed timeline + guest management Rehearsal coordination (if applicable) Full-day coordination (up to 12 hours)	For partially planning weddings where design and flow matter. Starting at $2000 for events of 75 and lower price goes up as guest count goes up. Includes: Creative consultation + vision board Venue & vendor recommendations Event design & décor concept Setup & styling on event day Timeline creation	For clients who have planned most of their event but want stress-free execution. $950 is the starting price goes up depending on event size. I witnessed NYA planning my sister’s event a couple years ago and she was amazing. Everything from the guest list being taken care of all the way down to the small details like making sure they had a cake topper was completed. She was amazing and brought an assistant with her to make sure that they had all the decorations put up as well as walked everyone through the rehearsal of how to walk down the aisle perfectly. I highly recommend her for any event that you have. She knows what she’s doing and has a passion for it.

You’ll be working directly with me from start to finish. I personally handle every detail — from your first consultation to the final send-off. Depending on the size and scope of your event, I occasionally bring in trusted assistants or vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Yes! In addition to weddings, I plan bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and milestone celebrations. I love helping couples create a cohesive look and feel across all of their pre-wedding events.

It depends on your package and planning needs. For full-service planning, we’ll likely meet several times leading up to the wedding with ongoing communication throughout. For day-of coordination, we’ll have a few focused meetings before the big day to ensure everything is perfectly organized.

I only take one wedding per day — and often just one per weekend — to give each couple my full attention and care. Your wedding deserves my undivided focus!
