For clients who want everything managed start-to-finish with a signature touch. Starting price is $5700 for events with guest count of 100 and under price goes up as guest count does. Includes: Unlimited consultations Venue scouting & vendor booking Budget management support Full design & theme development Detailed timeline + guest management Rehearsal coordination (if applicable) Full-day coordination (up to 12 hours)

For clients who have planned most of their event but want stress-free execution. $1600 is the starting price goes up depending on event size and hour wanted on site. Includes: Final planning meeting (2–3 weeks before event) Vendor confirmations & timeline creation Day-of coordination (up to 8 hours) Setup + teardown supervision

    Day of Coordination

    Nya was hired by me to coordinate my daughter-in-law as well as son‘s wedding last October. It was beautiful in every regard and went smoothly. We could not have done it with out her. I hired her only one month out, but she was willing to take us even though most planners only do clients at least three months out. I’m so glad I hired her and she was very organized from start to finish the whole time. She was also very professional the wedding turned out to be a success.

    Renewal Of Vow

    I witnessed NYA planning my sister’s event a couple years ago and she was amazing. Everything from the guest list being taken care of all the way down to the small details like making sure they had a cake topper was completed. She was amazing and brought an assistant with her to make sure that they had all the decorations put up as well as walked everyone through the rehearsal of how to walk down the aisle perfectly. I highly recommend her for any event that you have. She knows what she’s doing and has a passion for it.

It depends on your package and planning needs. For full-service planning, we’ll likely meet several times leading up to the wedding with ongoing communication throughout. For day-of coordination, we’ll have a few focused meetings before the big day to ensure everything is perfectly organized.
I only take one wedding per day — and often just one per weekend — to give each couple my full attention and care. Your wedding deserves my undivided focus!
