Hi, my name is Michelle. I am an educator with a love for weddings and events. If I can handle a classroom of 24 second graders imaging what I can do for you on your wedding day. Handled by Hamlin Events is for a couple who is fun, energetic, carefree, and wants to live their best "married" life.

The thing about me is, I am always looking for that silver lining in every situation. I will also make you smile and laugh as much as possible. My vibe is to joke and be silly, but also keep to your schedule and timeline. Couples would probably call me the energizer bunny.

Description

I offer day-of planning services. This means I will start the process of assisting in planning your day about 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. This will include looking over your vendor contracts, creating and finalizing timelines for your day. I will be your point of contact for your vendors and any questions that your guests might have. Most importantly I will be your third wheel. Anything you need I’ll be there for you.

    If you are debating if you should hire a coordinator for your wedding at all, my advice is you will absolutely need one. If you are debating whom you should hire as a coordinator I can not recommend Michelle Hamlin enough. She has all the traits a wedding coordinator (or, optimally, wedding guest) needs: indefatigable, hard working, responsive, organized, positive, and most importantly, loves weddings. She was very helpful throughout our wedding planning process and had answers to all our questions. She was committed to making our ideas work. On the day of the wedding, she was there from the getting ready photos until the last sleepy cousin left the venue making it all run smoothly. She made our dreams come true!

    I simply cannot imagine our wedding day without THEE Michelle Hamlin, an absolutely icon, speedwalking around the venue in her sparkly white shoes, making. It. All. Happen. If you are looking for a day/month-of coordinator or planner, or if you're on the fence wondering if you need one, I have three words for you: Go For Hamlin. She is upbeat, genuine, passionate, and fun -- but she also means business. She's both the most organized and together professional you'll ever meet AND will banter with you about Vanderpump Rules. Michelle truly truly cared about us as a couple and about helping us throw OUR own unique wedding. She's an incredibly responsive and talented communicator, which meant she became our go-to person for absolutely everything during the planning process, from big picture questions to little details we never even considered. She also connected us with some unbelievably talented and delightful other vendors. On our wedding day, she giggled with me as I took photos in the hotel, then buzzed over to the venue where she flawlessly executed the whole event EXACTLY on time with a sense of joy. When required to think on her feet (which is inevitable), she never missed a beat or broke a bead of sweat. What resulted was a wedding day that was even more perfect than we could ever dream up. I truly mean it when I say I have no idea how we'd have done it without her. We love Michelle Hamlin!!!

    If you are looking for a wedding coordinator for your special day, look no further. Michelle goes above and beyond to make the special day even more special. She is so easy to work with, very organized, very prompt and on top of his work. She makes the wedding process stress-free for all vendors and the couple as we were able to put full trust in her with no worries. Need a coordinator for your wedding, Michelle is your best choice.

    Michelle is amazing. I do not know how she is a mom, teacher and wedding coordinator all in one small package of energy! She was extremely respectful not asking for details that she did not need explanations for. She made sure all the vendors had a plan. She color coded our information and created a beautiful day of timeline. We had a medical emergency at the wedding and Michelle even offered to go to the hospital to make sure we would get updates (we ended up sending a family member instead). She also snuck some great photos!
