We offer services such as; DJ’s, Photo Booths, Videography, Photography, and Live Musicians (consisting of string quartet, harpist, violinist, cellist, and pianist) for every type of event. Our mission is to provide a unique and memorable experience to every client and every event we do.
Our team will work closely with you during the planning process leading up to the day of your event. We will use our vast experience and suggest various options for you to make your night one to be remembered. Prior to your event, we will carefully study your program, your timeline and touch base with you throughout the allotted time weeks/months before your event to ensure that everything that was planned is executed accurately and in a timely manner. Nicky Avalo Studios was a fantastic choice for our wedding band and DJ. Their communication throughout the planning process was great - they were always responsive to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, Andres (our DJ) was very on top of everything and made sure my bride and I were always happy with how things were going. When a minor issue came up, he was very good at going with the flow and quickly resolving it without any disruption to the event. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent, and they truly contributed to making our special day perfect. I would highly recommend Nicky Avalo Studios and Andres to any couple looking for a talented DJ for their wedding.
Incompatible DJ
Working with Nicky was not a problem; it was the DJ assigned to our wedding that we took issue with. He was given specific instructions to only play certain things and NOT to play profane music of any kind. When reminded of that during a profane song by my DOC, he gave her an attitude and told her that we put it on the playlist. He also played music that nobody requested, and seemed irritated when requests were made. We also booked a cellist and while he-played beautifully, he should have brought a microphone/speaker with him to make his music project louder; it was hard to hear and we were in a smaller room.

Professional, flexible, and genuinely committed to creating an unforgettable experience for each couple, they were an absolute dream to work alongside. Their communication leading up to the wedding was clear and proactive, which made the planning process smooth for everyone involved. On the day of the event, they arrived early, were fully prepared, and immediately jumped in as part of the vendor team—supporting timeline flow, adjusting to last-minute changes with ease, and keeping the energy fun and engaging from start to finish. The dance floor was packed all night, transitions were seamless, and they read the crowd perfectly. Guests raved about the music, and the couple was thrilled—which is exactly what every vendor hopes for. I truly appreciate their teamwork and dedication to making the wedding day spectacular. Highly recommend working with them—you’ll want them on every event!

Nicky Avalo Studios was absolutely spectacular for our wedding! Their communication was immediate and responsive - they were always available by email or phone to address any questions or concerns we had. The quality of their work and overall value was outstanding. Our event was a glow fest with amazing lights, sparklers, and a robot that Nick brought to really bring the energy and excitement. Nick also provided a slide show throughout the event and made special announcements, played custom music, and incorporated special effects for the speakers. He was awesome with our guests and our members were raving about the presentation - it was the best wedding entertainment experience we've ever had! I can't think of anything else they could have done to make our day more perfect. Thank you so much, Nick!
