From the Save the Dates to the seating chart, I Do Memorable Occasions will work with you to plan and execute a wedding your guests will be talking about for years to come!	If you want just a little planning assistance for your wedding and definitely want a coordinator, this is the service for you!	I Do Memorable Occasions steps in two months prior to your wedding, so you can say, “I Do” and enjoy your wedding day without any stress leading up to or on the big day! We Couldn’t Have Done It Without Lauren
My wife and I cannot say enough about Lauren. With my wife working as a flight attendant and me traveling regionally for work, finding the time to manage all the moving pieces of a wedding was incredibly challenging. Lauren stepped in with only about 90 days left in the planning process, and from the very beginning, she took control in the best possible way. She met with vendors, attended event walks, and immediately started asking questions that honestly never would have crossed my mind. Her expertise and attention to detail gave us a level of confidence and peace of mind that we desperately needed during such a busy time in our lives. I truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Lauren. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to take so much off our plates were invaluable. The reason our wedding day turned out as beautifully and seamlessly as it did is because of her. She didn't just help us plan a wedding—she allowed us to actually enjoy the process and be fully present on the day we had waited so long for. Lauren, you are an absolute rockstar at what you do. We will forever be grateful that you stepped in when you did and gave us a wedding day that was better than we ever could have imagined. Perfect!
Working with I Do Memorable Occasions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Lauren was responsive to every question and kept us informed throughout the entire planning process, which made a huge difference in how prepared we felt going into our big day. What really stood out was how detail-oriented she was—from coordinating with all our vendors to handling the setup and cleanup of our personal decor items, she managed everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that we barely had to worry about logistics on the day itself. We felt taken care of from start to finish and couldn't recommend Lauren more highly.

Excellent Coordinator - Hire Lauren! 10/10
When I was looking for a wedding coordinator, I wanted someone who could take as much as possible off my plate the month leading up to the wedding, and someone who could really take charge at the rehearsal and wedding day, so I could enjoy my time, fully, as a bride, without answering any questions or organizing a single thing. After I initially spoke with her, I was really impressed with her approach to coordinating a wedding in the weeks leading up to it, and hired her to be my day-of (really, month of) coordinator quickly! She completely took over the last month for all of the vendor and site coordination, created our timeline, reminded me about last minute to-do's as a bride, ensured our entire wedding party, family members, and vendors knew where to be and when, organized and executed my design for the reception tables - she even made sure I had water while I was busy dancing. This is a small part of everything she did that day to make sure everything happened exactly as we wanted. All we did that day was have fun, and everything went perfectly. We could not have handled that day without her - I would recommend hiring her to anyone (and will, for some upcoming brides I know!)

Lauren was absolutely amazing and such an important part of making our wedding day perfect! She was organized, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. She handled every detail behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy every moment. We are so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend Lauren to any couple looking for an incredible wedding day coordinator!

Excellent and Organized Day-Of Coordinator
Lauren was extremely organized and was instrumental in helping us create and execute our wedding timeline! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, which included her help with contacting vendors and creating a timeline, and it was absolutely worth the price. On our wedding day, we were able to celebrate with our friends and family without putting out a million little fires. We also paid the additional price for her to help put up/ take down our centerpieces, which was also absolutely worth it. Would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone planning a wedding!
