From the Save the Dates to the seating chart, I Do Memorable Occasions will work with you to plan and execute a wedding your guests will be talking about for years to come!	If you want just a little planning assistance for your wedding and definitely want a coordinator, this is the service for you!	I Do Memorable Occasions steps in two months prior to your wedding, so you can say, “I Do” and enjoy your wedding day without any stress leading up to or on the big day! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia and your team. From the moment we started working together two months before our wedding, Julia brought such a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence to the entire planning process. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and thoughtful, anticipating needs before they even came up and ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, I felt completely at ease knowing Julia was there. Everything flowed so smoothly, and any small issues were handled so quickly and quietly that we didn’t even notice them, because she had it all under control. Her presence was such a grounding force: calm, kind, and always with a warm smile. She managed timelines, vendors, details, and logistics with such grace that we were truly able to relax and soak in every moment of the day. Not only was she an incredible coordinator, but she also treated us with genuine care and respect. You can tell she really loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Julia made our wedding feel effortless, and I know it was because of all their hard work behind the scenes. Hiring her was easily one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we first spoke with the team at I Do Memorable Occasions, we were impressed by their professional, consistent, and thorough communication style. Throughout the wedding planning process, Lauren was incredibly detailed, organized, and thoughtful, asking great questions of our vendors and venue that we hadn't even considered. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lauren from I Do Memorable Occasions on two weddings now, and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. As a wedding photographer, having a planner who is both incredibly well-organized and an absolute joy to work with makes all the difference.
