Nice to meet you! My name is Mia, and I'm so glad you're here. After completing law school and spending a few years at a large firm, I found myself craving a more creative career—one that blended my experience in deal coordination and research with my type-A personality (I thrive on a well-organized spreadsheet), my passion for creating beautiful events, my love for collaboration, and my deep desire to bring joy to others. I'm a wife, mom, oldest sister, former dancer, reality TV binger, and proud cat lady. ​If you think I could be a good fit for your big day, reach out! As a former attorney, I coordinated closing multi-million dollar deals, requiring extreme attention to detail. This prepared me to manage budgets, build and follow schedules, and develop a smooth process from start to finish. My experience managing experts from different specialties and countries taught me how to efficiently communicate with diverse wedding vendors and foster collaborative, lasting relationships. I am also well-versed in the art of client service and excel in understanding and anticipating your needs. I maintain an open communication channel throughout the planning process and prioritize proactive problem-solving.

    Mia Made Our Wedding Day Stress-Free!

    We honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Mia! From the beginning, what we appreciated most was how easy she was to communicate with and how much she genuinely cared about our wedding. It never felt like she was just doing her job. She really wanted our day to be everything we hoped for. Mia was always checking in, reminding us of important dates, communicating with our vendors, and making sure we had everything we needed. No matter how many questions or concerns we had, she was always patient, reassuring, and willing to talk things through with us. We really appreciated how organized she was while still being so personable and easy to work with. The best part was getting to our wedding day and realizing we didn't have to worry about anything. We were able to just enjoy ourselves and take in every moment because we knew Mia had everything handled. We are so thankful we had Mia throughout this process. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having someone like her makes such a difference. If you're considering working with Mia, we can't recommend her enough.     Mia is the absolute BEST!

    Mia is AMAZING! She was our day-of coordinator and went above and beyond not only on our wedding day, but for the weeks and months leading up to it. She was extremely organized, knowledgeable, responsive and all around the most fun and positive person to work with. She guided us through multiple decisions, helping us achieve what we wanted while also being realistic. I had multiple vendors tell me she was the most organized wedding coordinator they have worked with. Mia allowed for our parents and close relatives to enjoy the day and not worry about the small details, as she had literally everything covered. We cannot emphasize how much we appreciate Mia for all of her hard work, positive attitude, and for making our wedding day a success. Mia is absolutely someone you can trust to have your dream wedding day come true!

    MIA IS A SUPERSTAR!

    I can't say enough great things about working with Mia. She is so responsive, responsible, personable, and just all around such an angel to work with. She got to know us well enough that she was able to feel out potential vendors on our behalf and did so perfectly! I didn't have to think about a single thing on my wedding day besides enjoying it. Every time I thought of another detail I should go set up or fix, I found that Mia had already set everything up perfectly long before I thought of it. It is so obvious how passionate Mia is about taking care of others and bringing the perfect day to life. I truly, truly can't recommend her enough. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and I've already recommended her to all my friends who are getting married soon! Every little detail was accounted for, schedules for every group involved were made and distributed, and she kept everything on time with a smile on her face. If someone could be born to be a wedding planner, it would definitely be her!

    The best decision ever!

    Mia is the BEST!!

    If you want someone who is professional, responsive, honest, detailed, and truly lovely to work with, Mia is your girl. We used her for our entire wedding. From the booking venues, to negotiating prices, to hunting down the answers to every question or detail we thought was probably overboard but wanted to make sure of, she did it quickly and with no questions asked. I went through my entire wedding day with no knowledge of an issue until it was already solved or the wedding was over because Mia was on it. I fully trusted Mia to handle whatever would come up on our wedding day. Our parents can attest to how grateful they were to be able to just enjoy the day and be the parents and not worry about being the coordinator of the vendors or point person for issues. We received SO many compliments, genuinely, whether it was our guests who were super impressed by the timeline and flow of the wedding day and reception, or the vendors who never failed to mention how great it was to work with Mia because she made the coordination feel effortless. Having her be your planner is 100% worth it. My husband and I have talked about it multiple times since our wedding and we have ZERO regrets of having her as our planner, and would book her over and over again. Especially day of coordination!! I could go on and on, because let’s be honest, planning a wedding is quite stressful at times with lots to plan, but Mia was our saving grace when we lived 400 miles from where we were having the wedding. We can’t thank her enough for all she did and she is truly amazing to work with!
