A day-of coordinator steps in during the final weeks of your wedding to make sure every detail runs smoothly. We confirm your vendors, create and manage your timeline, oversee setup and tear-down, and handle any last-minute surprises — so you can focus on actually enjoying your wedding day.

Most couples book 6–12 months before their wedding to secure their date, but we occasionally take last-minute bookings if our calendar allows. If you’re within 3 months of your date, reach out right away — we’ll make the process simple and stress-free.

We specialize in day-of and month-of coordination, meaning you handle the planning and we step in to tie it all together. We review your vendor contracts, finalize your timeline, run your rehearsal, and coordinate your entire day from start to finish.

Absolutely! We’ll place your décor items (welcome table, centerpieces, signage, favors, etc.) according to your vision and make sure everything looks picture-perfect before guests arrive.

Yes! We connect with all of your vendors about two weeks before your wedding, confirm arrival times, and serve as their main point of contact on the wedding day — so no one’s calling or texting you while you’re getting ready.

Yes — we attend and help lead the rehearsal (usually the day before your wedding). This ensures everyone in your wedding party knows where to stand, walk, and when to go — so the ceremony runs smoothly.

Typically, one lead coordinator (me!) plus an assistant. For larger weddings or multi-location events, we’ll bring additional team members as needed to make sure everything runs perfectly.
