At Cylee Catherine Events, we believe in planning and coordinating events so that the hosts are able to enjoy the moments that will one day be their favorite memories to look back on. Throughout the planning process, I do my best to listen to your ideas and help bring forward the vision for your special day that you are trying to achieve with a flawless execution.

My name is Cylee Ragan and I am your new favorite Wedding & Special Event Planner/Coordinator. I honestly feel like the luckiest person in the world to get the opportunity to be a part of someone's MOST special day. Weddings and Special Events are really a passion of mine. I get the opportunity to be the chaos coordinator, bonus Maid of Honor (to make sure all the tasks/to-dos you delegated get followed through) and the calming presence on a day that goes by way too quickly. I get to be the last person you see before you walk up the aisle, and the one at the end of the night cleaning up after the BEST PARTY EVER!

Working with Cylee Catherine Events was such a relief from start to finish. She has this incredible ability to think of things we never would have considered on our own, and she tackled every single request we threw at her with a genuine smile. Cylee never said no to anything we wanted, which made us feel heard and supported throughout the whole planning process. Her communication was steady and dependable, so we always knew what was happening and what came next. She truly is the fairy godmother of weddings—handling every detail with grace and care. We can't recommend her highly enough to couples looking for a planner who will go the distance for you.

I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Cylee is and all she did to make our wedding so amazing. Regular weekly check in meetings more than a month out keeping us on track, answering all questions big and small, sometimes already having an answer or solution as I was asking the question which was incredible. Between helping with hotel logistics, our families, and huge wedding party cylee was the best person we worked with. The day of my wedding I felt horribly sick, I was literally laying under the covers an hour before we had to leave sobbing and cylee came and laid in the bed with me reassuring me everything was going to be okay, brought me snacks and meds. I could cry again just thinking how wonderful she was to us and my family! I would recommend her to every single person who is getting married. She is truly the GOAT.

There are so many pieces of a wedding day that I love, but being able to be the person my couples can lean on when the day doesn’t quite look or feel the way we expected will always mean the most to me. If that means timelines and logistics one minute and crawling into bed with you, snacks + meds in hand, the next… that’s exactly where I’m going to be. 😂🤍 Getting to know you both, your families, and your very large (but amazing!) wedding party 😂 was truly such a joy, and I’m so grateful you trusted me with such an important season of your lives. Amazing experience
Cylee was amazing in every way I could have imagined! We hired her as a month-of coordinator and she made the most stressful parts of wedding planning a breeze. Whether it was just needing a simple question answered or her having to track down (and pick up) new centerpiece decor off of facebook marketplace, Cylee was there for us every step of the way in the month leading up to our wedding. On the big day she kept the show rolling with plenty of time to spare in between each event so we never once felt rushed. All of the decor setup and breakdown, vendor contact, and keeping everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there was completely taken care of. If I ever had a question about anything at all there was a chance Cylee had already taken care of it. I think she was ready to hop in the car and drive to the nearest gas station when I requested a Coke and found out the venue only had Pepsi. Our day would not have been as perfect as it was if it wasn’t for Cylee. Book her for all of your planning needs, trust me! You will not regret it!!

Okay, the Coke vs. Pepsi situation still makes me laugh because I absolutely WOULD have gotten in my car and found you a Coke. 😂🤍 Thank you so, so much for this sweet review!! Getting to step in during that final month and watch all of the pieces you had been planning finally come together was such a joy — Facebook Marketplace centerpiece missions and all. 😂 More than anything, I’m so happy you felt like you could actually enjoy your wedding day without worrying about what time it was, where everyone needed to be, what the vendors were doing, or what needed to happen next. That’s exactly what I want for every single one of my couples. You did the planning — you deserved to be at your wedding and soak it ALL in. 🥹 I loved getting to be a part of your day and getting to know you both along the way. The Wedding Coordinator Every Couple Needs
I cannot recommend Cylee enough! We hired her as our month-of wedding coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Even though our package officially started about a month before the wedding, Cylee was there for us long before then. Anytime I had questions, whether it was about DJs, vendors, or other little details, I could text her, and she was always happy to help. Having someone so knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of throughout the planning process was invaluable. About five weeks before the wedding, we started meeting once a week. At each meeting, Cylee walked us through exactly what needed to be done next and gave us a short, manageable to-do list so nothing ever felt overwhelming. She made the entire planning process feel organized and so much less stressful. She was also incredibly responsive and always available by text, even answering my questions at 9 PM just two days before the wedding! As the wedding got closer, she took over communicating with all of our vendors, finalized our timeline, coordinated arrival times, and made sure everything, from the DJ to the cake delivery, was perfectly scheduled. Knowing she had all of those moving pieces under control gave us so much peace of mind. On the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. I honestly don't know how she did it, but she was always one step ahead. Before I even had a chance to think about what needed to happen next, Cylee was already taking care of it. It truly felt like she could read my mind. Because of her, I had no idea what time it was all day, never had to worry about the weather (even with a slight chance of rain for our outdoor ceremony), and every time someone had a question, I could simply tell them, "Go ask Cylee!" I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. The best part was that it wasn't just me who got to relax. My mom and grandma were also able to enjoy the day without feeling like they had to coordinate everything. We never even had to wonder how the guys were doing because we knew Cylee had everything under control. She was recommended to us by a family friend whose daughter also used her for her wedding, and now I completely understand why. If you're even considering hiring Cylee, do it. She is worth every penny. She exceeded every expectation we had and played a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

BEST PLANNER!
As a wedding DJ, working with a great planner makes all the difference, and Cylee was outstanding. Her communication leading up to the event was consistent and thorough, ensuring the entire vendor team was on the exact same page. On the wedding day, her execution was seamless.
