At Cylee Catherine Events, we believe in planning and coordinating events so that the hosts are able to enjoy the moments that will one day be their favorite memories to look back on. Throughout the planning process, I do my best to listen to your ideas and help bring forward the vision for your special day that you are trying to achieve with a flawless execution.

My name is Cylee Ragan and I am your new favorite Wedding & Special Event Planner/Coordinator. I honestly feel like the luckiest person in the world to get the opportunity to be a part of someone's MOST special day. Weddings and Special Events are really a passion of mine. I get the opportunity to be the chaos coordinator, bonus Maid of Honor (to make sure all the tasks/to-dos you delegated get followed through) and the calming presence on a day that goes by way too quickly. I get to be the last person you see before you walk up the aisle, and the one at the end of the night cleaning up after the BEST PARTY EVER!

The Wedding Coordinator Every Couple Needs
I cannot recommend Cylee enough! We hired her as our month-of wedding coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Even though our package officially started about a month before the wedding, Cylee was there for us long before then. Anytime I had questions, whether it was about DJs, vendors, or other little details, I could text her, and she was always happy to help. Having someone so knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of throughout the planning process was invaluable. About five weeks before the wedding, we started meeting once a week. At each meeting, Cylee walked us through exactly what needed to be done next and gave us a short, manageable to-do list so nothing ever felt overwhelming. She made the entire planning process feel organized and so much less stressful. She was also incredibly responsive and always available by text, even answering my questions at 9 PM just two days before the wedding! As the wedding got closer, she took over communicating with all of our vendors, finalized our timeline, coordinated arrival times, and made sure everything, from the DJ to the cake delivery, was perfectly scheduled. Knowing she had all of those moving pieces under control gave us so much peace of mind. On the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. I honestly don't know how she did it, but she was always one step ahead. Before I even had a chance to think about what needed to happen next, Cylee was already taking care of it. It truly felt like she could read my mind. Because of her, I had no idea what time it was all day, never had to worry about the weather (even with a slight chance of rain for our outdoor ceremony), and every time someone had a question, I could simply tell them, "Go ask Cylee!" I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. The best part was that it wasn't just me who got to relax. My mom and grandma were also able to enjoy the day without feeling like they had to coordinate everything. We never even had to wonder how the guys were doing because we knew Cylee had everything under control. She was recommended to us by a family friend whose daughter also used her for her wedding, and now I completely understand why. If you're even considering hiring Cylee, do it. She is worth every penny. She exceeded every expectation we had and played a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

BEST PLANNER!
As a wedding DJ, working with a great planner makes all the difference, and Cylee was outstanding. Her communication leading up to the event was consistent and thorough, ensuring the entire vendor team was on the exact same page. On the wedding day, her execution was seamless. Best Wedding Coordinator!
I cannot recommend Cylee enough! I hired her as the month of coordinator for my June 6th wedding and thank goodness I did! I hired Cylee early on in the planning process and even though it was for “month of”, she was available via email for any questions I had the entire time. At the month of mark, Cylee and I had weekly check ins where she would give me tasks to complete that week and she would handle the rest! It was so nice not having to stress about timelines, touching base with all the vendors or dealing with a last minute “crisis” because Cylee handled it all! There is no way the day would have gone as smoothly or as perfectly as it did if we didn’t have Cylee there to help. She set up all our decor and made sure we and all the vendors stayed on time. I can’t express enough how absolutely amazing Cylee was! Cylee is so kind, passionate, caring, so organized, and she’s exactly who you’d want to trust on such an important day!

Cylee is the best!
Where to begin! Cylee was recommended to my husband and I through our amazing Dj at 3rd Shift Djs. She proved to be just as fantastic! We met with her regarding month-of planning services, and she definitely delivered. As a pretty spastic person that isn't the biggest fan of planning, I knew I needed someone that could keep me in line when it came to getting final details together and communicate with my vendors. Cylee came and proved why she is the best at her job! She kept us organized, was available via text, facetime, google meetings, etc whenever we needed something. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. I was completely unaware what time it was all day, able to stay in the moment because she was on top of everything and kept us on schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, she cares deeply about her job and the folks she works with, and she has a keen eye for the details. My husband and I had the best day ever, and Cylee is a huge reason why! If you're looking for someone to help make your day as magical as mine, she's exactly who you're looking for!!! We love her!
