They say no one cares about your event like you do. We want to change that narrative. Lyndsay has always had a passion for events. From volunteering in event coordination in middle and high school, to attending Arizona State for Event Management, Lyndsay sees this as her calling. Nothing brings Lyndsay more joy than the look on someone’s face when their dreams are brought to life. Nate helps Lyndsay do her best work, with his outside of the box thinking, technical knowledge, and can do attitude. Together, they have all the elements of your super event planning team. Most importantly, we do care as much as you do.
We believe in transparent pricing. You will never see a 'starts at' price with us. The package price is exactly what you see, and the travel fees are all flat, one time fees added on. This way, you can know off the bat if we are within your budget, and none of your time is wasted!

Perfectly Planned LLC was an indispensable and amazing wedding planning partner. Their communication was always prompt and clear, which was invaluable during the busy wedding planning process. Amazing and budget friendly
Lyndsay and Nate were amazing throughout the entire planning process. They took all the ideas my fiancé and I had and created the most perfect day for us. Having them there the day of was absolutely worth it ; they handled all of the little details while we enjoyed the day! They had a package that was perfect for our budget and we didn’t have any surprise costs along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Leslie and her team at Planned Perfectly were wonderful. We looked at several wedding planners, but many had astronomical prices. Leslie was affordable, incredibly helpful, and truly cared about making our day special.Her team handled all of the setup and took care of every little detail, which allowed me to relax, get ready, and enjoy the morning without worrying about anything. All four team members were professional, organized, and instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.It's clear that Leslie genuinely cares about her clients, and that showed in every interaction. I am forever grateful for Lyndsay & Nate. They truly made my rehearsal and my wedding day so special, stress free &, organized. I am an event planner myself and knew that issues can always arise no matter how much you prepare, so a coordinator was always top priority for me to hire. I found Perfectly Planned on the knot, and though they didnt have many reviews, what I did see was great. Once I spoke with Lyndsay, I knew she was the perfect fit. Lyndsay & Nate work as a team and on a 150 acre wedding venue... THIS WAS SO NECESSARY!! They were everywhere all at once and worked their BUTTS OFF to make sure we did not have to. From hopping on calls with vendors with me, timeline and booklet prep (my guilty pleasure as a planner, it was stunning Lynds), all the way down to packing up all our decor at the end of the night! We am forever indebted to you both! Thank you for taking over the question & chaos so I didnt have to. I am so pleased with how it all turned out and I cannot recommend Perfectly Planned enough :)
