    Choose Autumn!

    Working with Autumn at Evently was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, she was responsive and easy to talk to, making the whole planning process feel manageable even when things got hectic. No, I never take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend. My commitment is to dedicate all of my time and focus to the wedding I am working on that weekend. Your special day deserves my undivided attention, and I am fully dedicated to making it unforgettable for you and your loved ones.

A day-of coordinator steps in closer to the wedding (usually a month before) to manage final details, oversee the rehearsal, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
The sooner, the better! Ideally, you should book a planner as soon as you start envisioning your wedding. This allows us to help with venue selection, vendor recommendations, and design from the very beginning.
A day-of coordinator ensures all your planning is executed flawlessly. This includes managing the wedding day timeline, coordinating vendors, overseeing setup and breakdown, and handling any last-minute details so you and your loved ones can enjoy the day without stress.
It’s best to hire a day-of coordinator 3-6 months before your wedding to allow enough time to go over details. However, we step in fully about a month before the wedding to finalize logistics and ensure everything is in place.
